Not too long ago, I was talking to family and friends about getting a game of Quidditch going thanks to what my brothers and I could salvage from our old broom shed and Grimmauld Place. The brooms are old, but still mostly in good use and the rest of the equipment is...temperamental, but it makes for a more exciting game. If anyone's interested in joining us, I'm looking at Sunday for a game at the Burrow.

Come around noon, we'll have some snacks and beer too. And come a little earlier, if you want to figure out how to fly on these brooms and/or have the rules explained to you. Thanks to Remus Lupin, we were able to enchant them to work for non-magical and other magical types too, so anyone can play. Underage folks, please okay it with your parents and guardians before you show up. Quidditch can result in serious injuries and we're going to be playing with Bludgers. Beaters will be doing their best to knock people off their brooms.

I don't know why Vallo keeps forcing me to make these ridiculous posts, but it looks like something from the Blackpointers' past has cropped up here - the puppet spell.

You'll notice some of you have turned into a puppet. Back in the first reality I was kidnapped to, it was a spell created by a local witch of theirs to curb people from using their powers to kill everyone once they came through the portal that brought us there. The vast majority of their population were regular humans and couldn't handle superpowered people, otherwise.

Any time someone wished to harm someone physically, they'd turn into a puppet until they calmed down. It prevented some bloodshed and provided a lot of laughs cause it was hilarious, when it wasn't happening to you. It let us still spar with each other and let us defend ourselves if something was attacking us because it was always about the intent, but yeah. Guess the whole point of this post is to say if you don't want to spend your time as a puppet or toy (cause people turned into Barbies too), try not to get pissed off to the point of punching? You should be able to defend yourselves and spar though, so Defense teams, you should all be good. And the locals always seemed to ignore us when we were like this? So you should also be good for not being picked up by a random kid and taken home to be added to their collection.

I also don't know if Vallo put its own spin on this, so the rules for this bout of insanity might be different from what I know. Take all of this ridiculousness with a grain of salt and be wary of everything. Paranoia is your friend.

Also, Tina, Thalia, and I are hosting a luau over at Tina's place this Wednesday just cause that's how we always solved our problems back in Blackpoint. Show up in the afternoon, BYOB, casual, these things usually go late. [Address]

Honestly not the first time I've hopped worlds or otherwise fell through a portal, but it's definitely the first time I've been dead and then am suddenly not dead (checked my pulse and everything, got a heart rate, etc). My twin brother Tommy is also here--or, was, at least, he zipped off and if you were holding a slice of pizza or a frappuccino or a hot dog or had a cool looking hat on and all of a sudden it vanished, that was him and I apologize profusely. To tell us apart, he's got white hair and has no opinion on the best Robin (which is Tim Drake, by the way, just saying, even though Stephanie Brown being Robin AND Batgirl is legendary).

It's now March, which means only TWO MONTHS (not counting this one, duh) until my birthday!! Well, I mean, it's late May, but whatever! I am just gonna tell you that my interests are pokemon cards, tsum tsums, cool animal-themed hats, cake, and anything Dazzler. I guess that last one's not likely because she's not even here. LAME. WWW is looking for product testers. The position pays in products and you have to sign a liability waiver, but you'll be doing beta testing. Alpha testing is done by us, so you don't really have to worry about side effects, but more about giving us your honest opinions on the products before we release them for sell.

Christmas didn't turn out bad at all, I'm still trying to figure out what my gift was. It's a foam tube thing, like, short as my arm and dense and thick. Thought it might be a pillow but it's not very comfortable.
