ETA: And while I've got you here, now is always a good time to change your passphrase. And YES, it still has to be at least 16 characters, that rule is not going anywhere.

You know, I thought I'd get all used to the leyline lightshow outside? Nope. Still pretty gods damn cool.

And yeah I really do know that's probably the least of our concerns/worries/noticing/what-the-fuck-ever right now. I'm providing a distraction, you're fucking welcome.

This aurora is truly spectacular. I've never seen anything like it. My world has auroras, though rarely in England, but I don't believe they typically last for long, and to have them caused by magic such as this would truly be unheard of.

I'll be making a study of them for the next couple of weeks, I think, and will be happy for any resources anyone might have on the phenomena, especially if anyone has any experience with such a thing in their own worlds.

Hi, everyone. Just a quick reminder as things pick up to continue to use our codenames in the field, just like Morgan brought up today with network security, it's good practice to have an extra level of protection should communication somehow be intercepted. If you need a reminder, don't worry, I have a list*.

Also because I'm freaking out about my dads hurtling through time and space and I have to feel like I'm doing something to help and I'm pretty sure he was going to ask anyway. Maybe? with the upcoming mission I thought I'd take one thing of of my dads' plates and compile a list here of people's requests from the past.

Things to note:

1. We have no real guarantee of what can and cannot come back, these are simply suggestions/requests.
2. We also have to keep in mind how long they'll be traveling for and the logistics of getting back here. If you want a milkshake, it may become...soup by the time it gets here.
3. There are only so many people who can bring so many things. A helicopter would be amazing, but again, logistics.
4. Tree Swallow reserves the right to say yea or nay to any and all requests.

Everyone minus the Dads

Kiri wants to throw a sort of like, 'hey, before things get crazy' party on Monday night not a coincidence. And at first I told her no, but then she called me a buzzkill and threatened to change my codename to Lame Duck and Buzzkill, so. I caved. We'll have Luka, I know many of you have kids too, so we can wait until everyone goes to bed, or start early on and have the kids come too, and then restart when they go to bed.

If you think this is a terrible idea, please take it up with my sister and then you too can be Lame Duck and Buzzkill and Kiri can make quacking noises at you for hours.

Tatíneks, what do you need? How can I help? What can I do? I already packed your bags with supplies, I already know what to do with Luka for his bedtime routine.
