Steve the Rat reminded me this morning that it's been a year since he officially decided to move in. I don't know

Fuck, what was I saying? Oh, right.

I don't know if that's really something to celebrate since he showed up when I had a summon one rat power and almost immediately stopped doing what I told him to do and then decided all on his own, Steve to move in, but I guess I'm picking up a pizza tonight.

You'd think I'd be helpful in this particular situation, but whatever magic it is making the plants affect people, it doesn't react to mine at all. Maybe just don't touch anything growing out of the ground for a while? And I'd steer clear of Sutton Cottage until it's over, considering the abundance of roses we've got. I'll be taking my own advice; If I get stuck in a true-love's-kiss situation I'm really in trouble.

Wow, look, I once again just found some random stuff in my stuff this morning when I woke up, how very strange and coincidental:

- a set of dice, I think? One of them looks like a dice, but the rest are interestingly shaped *
- a marker that says COPIC on it *
- an eyepatch *
- just a fuck ton of daggers that I'm pretty sure are your make, Fen *
- a little friendship looking bracelet *
- a book that I think might be in Zemnian, Caleb *
- several sets of keys that can probably be identified by keychain *
- two different chapsticks, both vanilla latte flavored
- a black bucket hat that says "Raccoon Whisperer" on it
- a nearly empty pot of what I assume is body glitter (this is becoming tradition and makes me think younger me should have had more access back home)
- one black fingerless glove
- jar of crunchy peanut butter that might just be from our kitchen, now that I think about it
- a sewing kit with all the black thread missing, apologies
- a rainbow scrunchie
- two empty flasks this year, oh ho
- a belt that isn't one of my many belts

There also are a number of items here that I recognize from a certain shop. I will return them to you, my glorious fiance, when I bring you lunch.

Anyway, I do apologize--my fingers were incredibly sticky as a teenager due to a slew of father-based issues that we don't have to get into right now. If any of the above sounds like it belongs to you, let me know and I'll get it to you, alongside my deepest apologies and an offer for a round somewhere, because wow.

You ever have that moment when you feel like the last few days were an absolute blur? Is this what it’s like winding down the last few weeks of high school before you graduate? Because damn. Hopefully I’ll actually remember my graduation here. And prom. Oh god PROM I can’t wait till summer vacations when I do a whole lot of nothing between work shifts.

These new teenagers we have are terrible at crime. I had another attempted pickpocketing in New Asgard this morning, and it was the sloppiest damned lift I've seen in years. What are the thiefmakers teaching them these days? Go home, practice on the dummy with the bells until you can do it without a jingle and try again.

Vallo just decided to get me a few-days-early Eid gift. I mean... maybe not, maybe it just showed up but I'm taking this as an early Eid-Ul-Fitr gift.

I got my whole desktop setup from home! And it's all got all my stuff in there, photoshop and animation programs I've had, videos I've made, important music clips and all, some pirated movies even.. I just woke up and THERE IT WAS!


Sloth Baby Productions on YouTube can resume in a new setting. I'm thinking I should start with videos of crazy stuff that happens here so newbies can be like "oh that's what you meant by the geese incident".

PEOPLE oh my god!! I was over on Wide Street (or ~Rue Grand~ as the theatre people call it) to get those super fancy pastries after training, and I found out that Rogers: The Musical is coming to Vallo!

This is crucial information, and I don't know how I missed the advertising, but ANYWAY. The show was a massive hit back home before I ended up here, and if you're considering seeing it, YOU SHOULD. It's a little ridiculous and not super historically accurate, but it's fun!

(Also, Steve, I asked, and they said they'd LOVE to have you whenever you want and you obviously get in free. I'm guessing that'd probably be true for the rest of the Avengers here, too!)

How many supers or enhanceds out there are up for a Clash of the Titans-style baseball game tonight? Full strength, liberal use of powers (not against each other, but in the pursuit of the ball), no holding back.

EDIT: Come by to the Avengers Compound grounds [coordinates] any time tonight between 6-7pm. Spectators welcome, food and drinks provided. Teams will be picked then and there, as soon we get a final player total.
