I have a very important announcement, everyone. As of last night, one Catra Applesauce Rainbowfist-Meowmeow (yes, that is her full, official name) has decided that she... wants to have a birthday party this year.



(I know, I was also shocked.)

In order to make my beautiful wife's dream come true, I'm going to book a room at Level Up Lounge in the city for Friday, October 27th. They've got a big room that holds fifty, so I think I'm going to grab that one because we know how weird Vallo likes to get in October. I'm looking into either a buffet set-up or catering, but there will definitely be food and lots of cake. They have plenty of kid-friendly games so bring your little ones!

Judging by my early morning flyover, I think it's safe to say power is back up and running. Maybe Vallo was just getting us prepped for spooky season? 👻🎃👻🎃 If anyone out there still needs a hand in the aftermath, point me in the right direction; I'm always happy to help!

Esme is becoming total BFFs with Glenn. It's the most adorable thing I've ever seen.

I've already supplied critical locations for a few years now (reminds me: good time to do a maintenance check!) but I've got a good dozen or so microfusion generators available for anyone with specific needs, like healthcare equipment or things like businesses that can't afford to lose stock, that kind of thing.

Just let me know, I can have them deployed by drone pretty quickly!

Well, this certainly wasn't on my list of things to do today.

Granted, I've seen some pretty weird crap. This maybe breaks into the top ten. Maybe. I'm still weighing somethings before I finalize the list.

I'll work on the list after I take a shower. And maybe a nap.

PSA: make sure you know the person you're handing off your kid to because Finn was taken by a total goddamn stranger in a copy of Teela's meatskin. Was it only a ten-minute kidnapping? Sure, but who gives a shit. Longest ten minutes of our lives, and Finn's fine, and I am waffling back and forth between 'it could have been worse!!!' and unfiltered RAGE and wanting to shred someone's face into ribbons. MY CLAWS ARE FRESHLY SHARPENED.




Anyway.

I'm not emotionally qualified to handle any of this without attempted murder but Real Teela and Adam talked to the culprit. It was some sad shapeshifting old lady. Some kind of authority, please go get her before I choose violence.

You guys!!!! Big news!!! FINN'S HERE FINALLY. They were born at 3:29 in the morning on June 8th, and they are so little and cute. Sword for scale!

Look at that swaddling expertise. I knew all my practice would pay off.

Anyway, Finn's fine, Catra's fine, everyone's healthy and okay, especially after we all got some sleep. We'll probably start having visitors in a few days! I'm still textable, but for now, if you need anything, Adam and Teela will be helping out around Darla.
