There are new [...] people here. I'd like to include them in my [...] research. The more data the [...] better.

So I mentioned my clinic, but a little more about it.

It's located in the city and will service anyone that needs help and healing. I need help with the clinic (doctors/nurses/healers/interns/receptionists/janitorial) and, separately, I'm also keeping a list of people on hand for whenever there's a widespread need for doctors/nurses/healers.

I had the following people volunteer last time. Please let me know if you're still interested/no longer interested or if someone's no longer around.

And it was brought up last time, but I'm offering classes on first aid and sex ed. First first aid class is this Saturday at 10 AM. Sex ed will be Sunday 2 PM. I'm also taking suggestions for the clinic's name. I also had a few people offer up to acquire supplies, so if that's still on offer, please let me know.

Well, it would appear that Cerberus Books is now here in Vallo, so I currently don't have to worry about a place of employment. Sadly, it didn't see that Doctor C himself came with it, which is a little disheartening. I do miss him something terribly. However, everything appears to be in order, and I know plenty about the business to open it within the next week or so. In the meantime, I will need to hire on some staff. So, if anyone is interested in a barista or clerk position, please feel free to contact me. I will be looking for both full and part-time staff. The shop itself specializes in classic science fiction or horror, so knowledge of that is not required, but appreciated.

There's that ball coming up at the end of next week, right? Should be a fun time. Since I'm guessing it's going to be a little bit fancier than the last party we had, who wants a date for it? A cat was following me as I was walking back home with the twins. All the way from a park to the apartment. I left her outside, but then she was inside the apartment when we got upstairs. She made herself comfortable on the couch and doesn't seem to be remotely bothered by anything.

Is this how people get cats?

First of all, thank you all SO much for all of the interest in Caleb's idea for the mystery book delivery! We have so many super interesting titles in stock at the Nook, so there's plenty more where that came from. Second of all, Caleb is the very best business partner ever and this is me publicly telling him that he's as pretty on the outside as his brain is. :'')

Now that the housekeeping is out of the way, he texted me earlier and said there was a LOT of interest in having maybe a book club? And I think that would be a most excellent idea. So--who's interested? And would you prefer a book club where we read whatever we want and swap reviews about what we've read and exchange books? Or would you rather have a book club where we all read the same book and then talk about it?

Personally, I like the first idea. It might be chaotic, sure, but it also sounds fun and we could do additional mystery exchanges so you never know what you're going to get next! There's room to host it at the Nook, so we are super happy to offer that up for this club. 😊😊

I've always preferred tea or spirits but I've just seen latte art. Yes, it's entirely superfluous, but I appreciate frivolity.

If you’re still feeling anything overly dark and overbearing could you LMK? Me and a few others were able to put up some different wards that should stop the place from effecting anyone else but if it's still bothering people then I’ll keep working at it until it's not anymore.

I was just wondering, seeing how it's suddenly June, are we doing anything for Midsummer? It slipped my mind until now so if not, there is a meadery opening today that seems to be in the same spirit of the occasion?

It always felt a bit off to celebrate the longest day of the year with the Church of Night anyway.

So my best partner in crime in the world showed up! My cousin Ambrose.

He's charming, thinks he's handsome, a warlock and a decent dancer.

To help him adapt to being here I'm throwing a welcome party at Lux, Saturday, at 8.
