One minute you're working on a pet project and then you blink and it's two months later and the place has grown considerably.

To all those that I missed arriving, hello! My name is Dr. Ravi Chakrabarti. A couple of months back I was working on the idea of a medical responders team in case these waypoints caused an emergency that required them. There was some interest, so with Caroline's help, we found a place for a medical team to work out of. We sourced some funding from a variety of sources including local benefactors, and were able to get a decent amount of inventory and equipment to start off with. We're currently at a small clinic status, but with time, I hope to grow it.

As of now, I'm the only official medical personnel attached, but if there are others interested in lending their time and energy in times of need or even on a normal basis (we'll treat non-waypoint related injuries, illnesses, etc. as well), I would welcome it.

And there were a couple of you that showed interest in growing their medical knowledge. I'm holding weekend first responder sessions to show you how to administer first aid properly in various scenarios. First session is this coming Saturday at 9 AM.

With so many new folks showing up in the past couple days, I thought it might be a good idea to re-introduce myself and connect you guys with any resources you might need. Or uh just say hi again. I'm Noctis. Caroline and I started the DOA when we showed up here over a year ago. There weren't nearly as many of us then, so in an effort to keep up with all the new arrivals, we're opening the floor to get your requests and feedback in one place. What do you want to see moving forward? How can we help you while we're all here?

Some of the things we're already working on (and the people who suggested it):

1. A suite of welcome materials to on-board new folks (Gansey is on this one).
2. Opt-in tracking for departures with notifications to any designated friends and family (thanks to Bonnie and Cisco).
3. Guardian volunteers for anyone under the age of 18.
4. Faster response times for arrivals + provisions for parents with small children (Rogue).
5. FAQ from the magic research team (Anders) and information for werewolves (Kate).
6. New arrival mentorship program (Adam).
7. I can't believe I'm - Sex education (Richie).
