For those keeping track, this odd switching of alternate selves does indeed seem to be temporary as I have been informed that my bruised face is due to having been a different version of myself for several days.

Ongoing, of course, but temporary.

I'm sure this is a twisted Galra experiment but I guess this is better than a prison cell. Anybody lose a teleporting toddler? He's very confused but we're keeping him out of trouble. Mostly. I'm not sure how to stop him from teleporting into the pantry when he's decided he wants goldfish crackers.

You ever have one of those nights where your best frenemy is like shots and then more shots and you swear that last one didn't really do you in but yet you wake up in a.... treehouse? That glows? With a dog and what I am pretty sure are two actual wolves? Do wolves eat people? Is this how I die? In a really nice treehouse by getting eaten by a wolf?

It's baby dino season on the island, apparently. My last two trips out here have had a few baby encounters, which means they're thriving!

I know that a lot of the kids that loved If there's any interest in doing another education overnight camping trip, let me know and I'll plan one. I can't promise you'll get to see the baby raptors (safety reasons), but I can give you these pics and a [VIDEO] that I took earlier.

So, what I'm seeing here is that everyone's future kids have already gone home.

My past kid is still here. Who do I talk to about sending him back home?

It seems that I had grown very used to the extra presence and energy that Catrin brought into the house, because now it just feels very big and empty this morning. I miss her already.



I also think that I might need to start advertising for a roommate or two. This house just isn't meant for one person.

I woke up to a post it note from my older self saying I owe the kids brunch for being "what THEY would say an embarrassment, but don't listen to them".

So come get your waffles and bacon I guess?

That was certainly something else. Thank you to everyone who helped out my younger self, it is greatly appreciated.

Soooo it seems like we're going to be here through Halloween again (unless I just jinxed it, oh no??) (unless me saying I jinxed it unjinxes it??) (I don't know how jinxes work) (CLEARLY) which means I am already regretting not thinking ahead and figuring out a Halloween costume.

I have a very important announcement, everyone. As of last night, one Catra Applesauce Rainbowfist-Meowmeow (yes, that is her full, official name) has decided that she... wants to have a birthday party this year.



(I know, I was also shocked.)

In order to make my beautiful wife's dream come true, I'm going to book a room at Level Up Lounge in the city for Friday, October 27th. They've got a big room that holds fifty, so I think I'm going to grab that one because we know how weird Vallo likes to get in October. I'm looking into either a buffet set-up or catering, but there will definitely be food and lots of cake. They have plenty of kid-friendly games so bring your little ones!
