It's okay to not be okay, and sometimes your body is manifesting woes because of troubles in the mind and the heart. Health and wellness are a journey, not a destination! I've already got myself set up at the hospital, I'm happy to work at your clinic, or go out with the defense teams too! I'm just really anx excited to get started giving to the community that's welcomed the Bells Hells with open arms!

My arms are open too, but sometimes my hand is a sawblade or a grappling cannon or a bolt thrower so you might want to be careful.

Okay, so I just got hit with a new app development project. Since this is something I have even less experience with than romantic relationships, congratulations, you're now part of my market research.

The basics:

• With an ever-rising population of dead folks and the discovery of some misfiled items from about fifty years back, Ankou Coven's ended up with a significant backlog of "unfinished business" cases
  
• Ankou's personnel are overtaxed as it is, and spiritual triage dictates that they focus on the most pressing unfinished business first, so a lot of non-emergent but still significant cases are left waiting in line
  
• ...but luckily, we have a large untapped well of personnel in the form of Helpful Outlanders
  
• ...and with a little bit of cooperation between Enki, Ankou, and your friendly neighborhood app developer (who can actually stay in human form again, hooray), we think we can create an app that would put these Helpful Outlanders in touch with Spirits In Need.

So, here's phase one of my market research, to which any and all answers are appreciated:

• if this app existed, would you put a profile on it?
  
• If you were/are dead, what would you be looking for in a living problem-solver?
  
• If you were/are alive, what would you be looking for in a case to assist with?
  
• Thoughts on the name Medium? Better ideas?
  
• General thoughts and feelings on the project?
  
• Ideas for imagery to avoid, imagery to use, etc.?
  
• Would you be interested in assisting in a more official capacity? I'm perfectly happy to just make an app and walk away when it comes to you people hooking up and/or finding people to eat sushi in silence with, but we could probably use a little more involved community management here and a list of resources to contact in addition to what Ankou already has in place.
  
• Do you think we'll need to update the dick recognition algorithm for this?
  

I've spent much of my week wrapping my head around actually making Head Girl, but then this morning I woke up to a key and some paperwork. I made a detour before school and my house back home is here?

Even knowing that kind of thing has happened to plenty of people before me, it was kind of odd to see it just sitting there, like it always had been here and never actually was in Elmville.

Uhh Hey! So. Um There are a bunch of kids from school that seem to be stuck out in the forest and are surrounded by whatever those terrifying things are. They posted about it on TikTok and seem really freaked out, so I scryed on them and know where they are and am going to go and try to help, but I think that it probably wouldn't be the smartest to go alone? I know that a lot of my friends here have abilities to help with something like this so--want to come with?

It's really not terribly far from the village that Crossed Quills is in, if you want to meet there... very soon? ASAP? Etc?

Vex and I are turning Not Quite Old (But Old Enough For Vax To Be Dramatic About It) on the 2nd of February. If you're interested in helping us celebrate a bit, come on by the Crossed Quills in the evening for some food and drink and probably cake. It's going to be fairly lowkey, given it's a weekday and how work filled mornings come quicker than they ought to. I know, it's very responsible. I surprise even myself.

Then again, claiming it's going to be lowkey now just seems like tempting fate, so. Who knows.

So anyway, this is a bit in advance, but given how Vallo and schedules can be, I figured I'd bring it up now for penciling into the future.

Hello, Vallo. Is this working? If not, I suppose I'll only embarrass myself. My name is Nikolai, and I found myself in your... country? empire? commonwealth? utopia? what is Vallo? I found myself here last night. Quite unexpectedly. Everyone keeps telling me I can't elect to go back, which sounds threatening on the surface, but as far as kidnapping goes this is very laid back, so thank you for that at least. I was told I'd need a job. Disappointing, as I was rather hoping I might be someone's kept man. I'm very decorative.

Apparently whatever has been in the air is still in the air, as I just spent the latter half of my first class this morning answering questions about my childhood, in far greater detail than I would have ever indulged on a regular day.

Surprise, my brother T.J. is here. We talked to the DOA and my parents aren't, thank Ioun so he'll be staying with us. We're working on getting everything he needs together.
