I hope everyone is bouncing back alright after that latest bout of--well, portal nonsense. If you're in need of any support, though, we're always here at the DOA to help with resources or getting you in touch with someone else within Vallo that can help you out.

Also, should you have any sightings of that creature that keeps making the portals, please report it as soon as possible.

Not to speak for Ash or Letters, but thanks for coming after us, Dorian and Chet. I don't really remember much of anything, but I appreciate you going to space of all things for us.

Who wants to go see some weird art with me?

Warning: it's going to be very weird. Vallo City's performance art scene is pretty wild, and WEPT (World's End Puppet Theater) is maybe the wildest of them all. They have made puppets do things that legitimately disturbed me. BUT, their puppetry actually is amazing, both for construction and performance, and it's worth going to see even if "what even was that?" isn't usually what you like to come out of a theater thinking.

It's just $5, and it's at the Odditorium at 9 p.m. on Friday before the drag show, which I'll probably stay for if anybody else is up for coming along. (If you don't know drag show etiquette, I'm happy to fill you in before showtime. Mainly just make sure you bring cash to tip the queens.)

So who's in? (Kaitlyn and Iris, you can answer but I'm dragging you with me no matter what you say.)

Julian, I know you're more than capable of cooking, but if you need any help in the kitchen with Silas gone, I can offer some.

I'm not going to ask for anyone to share anything over the last week that they're uncomfortable with. But I would appreciate it if no one talked about my more unique Warlock abilities with people outside of this house in light of these recent events. I have no desire to foster an even larger sense of mistrust here.

Hi! So I'm Kai, and it seems like introductions are next on my list of things to do? I may have met some of you before if you've ever ventured down to Atlantis or but ✨surprise✨ I live here now! You know, I'd never been to Downtown Vallo before? There is so much to see and do, and so much food we didn't have in Atlantis. Only sort of judging all of you eating at the seafood place (sort of, but not really, I'm not judgy by nature to be honest), but spaghetti? I could eat it literally every day. 10/10 would recommend.

Anyway, I'm rambling and nervous but but I'm currently taking recommendations for what to check out next. What does Vallo have that Atlantis could never compete with?
