Laurence is hosting a Team D dinner party tonight at 6:00. Guests include Team D (and their significant others, if they would've asked to bring them, or in Teela's case, Marlena), and the residents of the Dragon Covert.

Dinner took place outdoors, but don't worry: the flagstones, heated from below by the underground hotsprings, are kept warm year round, and it's quite cozy. Dinner consisted of a roast, vegetables, and some vegetarian dishes (made specifically for Lan Xichen, but Laurence cooked enough to feed whoever might want some). It was a three course meal, complete with soup and/or salad, the entree (a roast with potatoes and vegetables) and a dessert of some sort.

Laurence and Lan Xichen are, of course, very practiced hosts who love a good dinner party; while the dinner itself is set up very formally, Laurence expects it to be a fairly informal affair. Laurence and Lan Xichen will be seated at the ends of the table, but there is no seating arrangement otherwise. Temeraire, who'll get a full roasted cow and vegetables, will be situated nearby so that he can engage in what coversation he wants.
