I've been missing Gracie since she went back to her time, and I thought you might be missing Ymir, too. I know we'll see them again someday, obviously, but if you need someone to commiserate with in the meantime, I'm available.

Today is kind of a bittersweet day at the Sanctuary. Diva and Kari, Kookaburra and Falcon respectively, were both released after staying here for a few months and recovering. Diva is, no joke, the loudest and also sometimes the meanest bird I have ever met and she hates everyone here except father, but I'll miss her.

I have a feeling Kari will come back to visit, she was recovering from a broken leg but would only respond to treats (which, same, so I can't judge) and she's been following me around a lot this last week. If you see these guys out in the forest, be sure to say hi?

I have some big plans for expanding next year, so I think I might need to do another fundraiser. Maybe something for the end of Yule? Ideas welcome! Bonus points for heathen stuff!
