Hello, Outlanders. Branwyn Grimsbane, Ankou Coven, sliding into your magical DMs. I have to hand it to you, can't imagine the covens could band together this fast and get a network together for easy communication. Politics, you know?

Going to give props to Caroline at the DOA for indulging us in this "social experiment". I'm looking forward to getting to know the rest of you that don't show your faces at Vallo events (Which why not? You're missing out.) And I'm not the only one on your network. You can say hello to my twin sister, Jory.

Reminder that we train at the Underground. People have different availability, but if you have a strong preference (you only want a female trainer, you don't want a ton of people around, whatever) we can work something out. And if you don't feel comfortable walking alone somewhere after a training or after Fight Club, say so.

Because I'm feeling generous, here's a tip. When you're working with a heavy bag (that's, no shit, a punching bag that is big and bulky and meant for different types of punches as opposed to a speed bag which is meant for, no fucking shit, speed), the tendency is to try to punch it as hard as you can. Which, is fine, KO punches are great and all, but on a heavy bag you also have to practice light and medium punches as well. Otherwise you get in a habit of throwing big ones only, and you can't recover as quick from those. Plus, force = mass + acceleration (no shit, I know physics, fuck off) so acceleration is an essential--harder to avoid, but also powerful.

Okay, great.
