My son has been asking for an indoor plant - something with flowers for his room. I think taking care of a plant might give him a little taste of responsibility, and I'm wondering if anybody has any recommendations about which kind might work out the best (and be the easiest) for a three-year-old?

Oi, if you could pick something famous (or infamous) from home to have here for yourself, what would you pick? I'm not talking about something you've actually possessed at some point, I mean something you've only heard stories about. A weapon, an animal, a myth, what have you.

Don't know if any of you lot gave pulling the sword a try - not a euphemism, don't get excited - but Evie and I have it locked away somewhere safe now. It's from our world and has a bit more oomph than your standard lump of steel. You lucky sods get to know we have it just because I need to rant about how we've got Excalibur and half of you probably don't even know how bloody brilliant that is.
