Oi, I've got a little side opportunity for you. My sister and I are starting a fight club. We'd like to have a bar in there. The official matches will only be every 3rd Saturday of the month, but it'll be open for practice fights the rest of the time. Any interest in setting something up? Could be just during the big night or all the time, up to you.
