Well isn't this something. How far-reaching is this network, I can't seem to get communications going beyond this little bubble and Knowhere was decidedly not the place I expected to wake up as I'd just left it behind.

Is anyone missing a baby rodent that nestled into my hair and tried to steal my breakfast?

Over a year into Vallo life, it feels like bartending isn't really hitting that fulfillment threshold. Back home, Kenzi and I did PI work, nothing officially official, but I'm thinking of picking that back up here. It'll have to be a little more on the up and up (licensing and all that), but while I'm digging into the requirements, I thought I'd ask:

Any Outlanders out there who'd be interested? General idea is 18+ to work as an investigator, but trainees can help out with office work starting around 16, if there's any aspiring investigators out there.

So, what I'm seeing here is that everyone's future kids have already gone home.

My past kid is still here. Who do I talk to about sending him back home?

Right, so. Considering how the past week has been a bit blurry in my head and that there are newer people in the vicinity, I can take a guess on what Vallo decided to do. I got the ecstatic reunion (or re-reunion) from my sister's twins and found out I'm also apparently a great aunt. (Way to make me feel older than 37, thanks.)

What else did I miss? Besides people dancing everywhere. I caught the tail end of that.

Kate, Natasha, don't panic. I'm still here. I still remember the last two times. I just had to get out and roam.

A poll for the masses:

Say that you've never actually been blessed by the mysteries of Vallo and this is the first time you've been jettisoned to the past where apparently your absolute favorite food truck that has all the properly greasy comfort foods hasn't yet started operating. This is important, hello, defense people, unless the Great Library appears to have gone all out with Halloween decorations early and violently, there is what appears to be an army of very mobile and animated skeletons amassing out front.

I intended to comment about the soup place being out of those grilled cheese tomato croutons and it makes for a much less enjoyable tomato soup experience, but that seems less important now.

I bought one of these and am currently drinking it. It’s not the worst alcohol I’ve ever had. Would I recommend it? Not especially. Will I still finish the bottle? Probably.
