I know even writing here is a longshot but thought it entirely possible there might be another "Ancient Vallo" in place and we're at the stage of trying everything back home.

So if anyone sees this and you're on whatever excursion Vallo has sent you on, a check-in would be most appreciated.

It appears any of us who have the journals from Ancient Vallo should be able to communicate with our missing members, I was checking mine just today as a last-ditch effort and have managed to talk to a few of them now.

Can anything be done with this to help locate them?

So that was fun. I figure I might as well make this announcement now before something else starts attacking and ruins the moment.

For anyone who doesn't know me. Hi. Tony Stark. Billionaire, philanthropist, genius inventor. (It's not ego if it's the truth.)

Attacking monsters and evil fairies who interrupt my wedding plans aside, Vallo has been extremely good to me, and I have decided I want to contribute back to it. Help make it an even better place for everyone here. I'm here today to announce the creation of Stark Industries Vallo. The focus of SIV will be to give back and make the community here the best it can be. I have a few projects that are currently in the very early planning stages, but our number one priority will be building a new state of the art living facility. It'll have both magical and technical security features to make sure it's always safe, run off of clean energy, and quite a few other features I can't announce just yet.

Obviously, this is a huge undertaking in itself, with a lot of other projects on the horizon as well. If you have any interest in helping, reach out to myself or Pepper and we'll set up a meeting. If your background is in science, magic, construction, philanthropy, whatever - we want to hear from you. You want to help Vallo, we'll find a way to assist you in doing so through SIV.

Hi! Sharing info of what we know so far! Feel free to leave any locations you've spotted them or information you've found out and I'll update the list:

- THIS [CW: Sketch of Creepy Monster] is what we're deaing with. They're ugly.
- Eyeless, but can sense through smell and sound
- Uh big gross teeth. Assuming it probably hurts to get bit by them but I don't think you turn INTO one if you do. (.... someone please confirm now I'm worried)
- Regular body damage doesn't really hurt them but can slow them down. Normal arrows aren't super effective.
- Destroying the head works though! Beheading, exploding the whole uh- thing. That was cool, by the way. GROSS, but cool.
- Some wards don't seem to hold them back but I haven't been able to figure out what wards consistently do. The Sanctuary is okay but I've seen them go through some of my protection runes in other parts of the forest? Just run straight through.
- Jörmungandr clear bit the head off of one of them earlier and I got it on video. LMK if you want to see it! IT WAS AMAZING

I had kind of a dumb idea and I was curious if you knew anyone to talk to about it - digital uh, publishing? Scanning of stuff from written documents? That's a thing, right?

See, this is why I prefer space stations to planets. You never just come across unexpected flora and fauna in a space station, and if you do, congratulations, your shit's fucked (see: Alien (1979), Aliens (1986), Ale-- you know what, the whole damn series). But now we're on a planet, and we don't know what all is on it, and then it's just a neverending symphony of "what the shit is thaaaaaaat". Even planets that have been explored for centuries are always turning up new species like the worst game of whack-a-mole ever.

Sigh. Targets acquired. Stay safe, unless you're a capitalist. See you fuckers on the flipside.

I've been assured this isn't Vegas being Vegas. The portal I arrived through did seem rather unrift-like, and I'd been ever so careful to keep my distance.
