Hello, once again. It has been a few weeks, but I did not properly introduce myself as I instead just asked about mortality--apologies for that, once again--and muffins. My name is Andhera and it is a great pleasure to meet all of you.

I have since found muffins--thank you, once again, to those of you that gave suggestions as they were all well founded. I also have it under good authority that there is a library that is not just good, but is actually great, that I am looking forward to checking out incredibly soon as I like books and I like great books even more. Oh, I also ate something called a cheeseburger and I may only eat cheeseburgers for the rest of my existence.

That said, has anyone seen a dog wandering about with the face of an old man? He answers to Grandpa Dog and occasionally swears.

I've only met one mortal before and it was just for a short while and she seemed quite fine, if not a bit taken aback but I like to think that had only a little to do with me. It might not have, I don't really know. I have been told that the Feywild can be a bit much for those not used to it, which, you know, I can totally understand. Though, in fairness, this realm is also a bit much, though the video I watched was quite informative. And entertaining! It was like a play. Do they have plays here? They must, right?

The Enchanted Nook will be having a Halloween event on the day of. There will be candy and treats and toys, along with book giveaways, prizes for costumes, and spooky* group readings.

*Matthew is doing at least some of the readings so I do not forsee them being too scary for young children.

And uh, in other news our Monster (S)mash display at Chastity's is being regularly restocked as it has been selling much better than I anticipated. We do not judge.

I've been thinking, or overthinking, about Halloween.  It must be the pumpkin spice latte I'm drinking.  It's making me wonder - I haven't been in Vallo long enough to know what happened last Halloween.  Is it cool to wear traditional costumes -  like witches, zombies, aliens, devils?   Or would that be offensive to actual witches, demons, etc?

So before it all kicked off, the charming Adora informed me that you guys had quidditch here. Which obviously begs two questions;

a) How did that work?
b) How can we make that work again?

Okay, wow, this place is kind of amazing? When I was little, I'd always wanted to live in a castle like a princess, but I never thought I'd actually get to live in a castle. And oh my god, all the shopping down town is amazing. It's been hard not to just spend all this money they gave me when I showed up here on cute clothes! It's been so long since I actually had my choice in And the food! Tell me your favourite cake shops. I have like, four years of pastry eating to catch up on please! I guess I'm going to need to find a job if I want to buy all the cute and tasty stuff I want. I miss mom and dad

Also, hi! I'm Chloe! Me and my friend El just got here a few days ago. It's not really [...] where we expected to go, but I can think of way worse places for us to get magically dropped, so it could be worse.

I don't know about anyone else's world, but it my world the "feud" between vampires and werewolves comes from both species being labeled closer to "predators", and other species perpetuating the stereotype that we're brutish assholes all the time compared to them. The two physically strongest species in a showdown.

But now I'm curious what feud's exist between species in everyone else's world. Inquiring minds want to know.
