Hazel and I were trying to help out a family out in the forest that was having a lot of trouble with these things. She's a little injured and so is the family and the things keep coming, blocking us in here.

Hey, I just wanted to check in on you. I'm sure you've been fighting monsters all week. Are you okay? Can you like take a break to come watch some movies or something?

Cullen and I talked to some farmers and monsters scared their sheep away. There are twelve of them loose in the forest. If you're killing monsters out there, please keep an eye out for them. They would like their sheep back alive. [Coordinates of the farm] I will help them look too. The people are nice but are very old and can't do it themselves.

Hi! Sharing info of what we know so far! Feel free to leave any locations you've spotted them or information you've found out and I'll update the list:

- THIS [CW: Sketch of Creepy Monster] is what we're deaing with. They're ugly.
- Eyeless, but can sense through smell and sound
- Uh big gross teeth. Assuming it probably hurts to get bit by them but I don't think you turn INTO one if you do. (.... someone please confirm now I'm worried)
- Regular body damage doesn't really hurt them but can slow them down. Normal arrows aren't super effective.
- Destroying the head works though! Beheading, exploding the whole uh- thing. That was cool, by the way. GROSS, but cool.
- Some wards don't seem to hold them back but I haven't been able to figure out what wards consistently do. The Sanctuary is okay but I've seen them go through some of my protection runes in other parts of the forest? Just run straight through.
- Jörmungandr clear bit the head off of one of them earlier and I got it on video. LMK if you want to see it! IT WAS AMAZING

Anyway, I'm Kate. I thought this was maybe some sort of wild Avengers Initiation or something?? But I'm guessing I'm wrong there because I don't think they have elephants wearing armor in the Avengers. Or messed up white zombie-looking things. I have a box of flowers for you, if you're ready for me to drop them off for experimentation! If you have any requests specifically for the winter seasons, I could probably work on that, too, but I wanted to go ahead and get these to you if you want them.

Today is kind of a bittersweet day at the Sanctuary. Diva and Kari, Kookaburra and Falcon respectively, were both released after staying here for a few months and recovering. Diva is, no joke, the loudest and also sometimes the meanest bird I have ever met and she hates everyone here except father, but I'll miss her.

I have a feeling Kari will come back to visit, she was recovering from a broken leg but would only respond to treats (which, same, so I can't judge) and she's been following me around a lot this last week. If you see these guys out in the forest, be sure to say hi?

I have some big plans for expanding next year, so I think I might need to do another fundraiser. Maybe something for the end of Yule? Ideas welcome! Bonus points for heathen stuff!

So, this is kind of weird, and I need to do this for my own peace of mind. Because I figure if you find out about me elsewhere you might decide to take your anger out on me or something. So, anyway. I'm Thalia Grace. I'm a demigod, and Zeus is my dad. I'm from the same world as Hazel, so it's not like your Zeus is my dad, but a Zeus is.

So that's it. I'm perfectly happy to keep staying out of your way, but I figured the right thing to do was at least let you know that I'm here.

She's got her hands f Some of you are likely already aware, so to head off questions and chaos, the DOA can confirm there seems to be some kind of timeslip event happening. Don't freak out if you suddenly have a kid or someone you know isn't the right age. The latter might be easier to adjust to since it's happened at least once before in the time I've been here - but the kid thing may be a bit shocking.

If you need a hand, the DOA has services to help out. That said, though, in an effort to coordinate and assist, we're asking you to chime in here with any reports you want to share so that we can manage resources and get a handle on expectations.
