Please don't give me any shit about continuing patrolling while knocked up. I was kicking demon's in the face right up until I gave birth the first time. I can and will do it again if I have to. 😘

Having spent a few days moping in my tower and drinking more wine than I ought, I've concluded that my options are to either keep doing that until I successfully drink myself to death, or accept that I am here and this is my life until the Maker decides otherwise. The latter seems a smarter choice, as drinking myself to death would involve too many headaches on the way.

That said, the only things I've ever done for a living are knighthood, bodyguarding/decorative husband, and dairy farming. Are any of those viable options in Vallo?

Claire's resolution this year has been to eat more sweets and get a pet unicorn. I'm hoping she forgets about both of these things, but also I'm fairly certain this means I'm going to have to be the one that keeps her from achieving her goals because she definitely eats more than enough sweets as it is.

Additionally, if anyone new here has been looking for a job as a hair stylist, the locals have taken over most of Genya's clients, but I'm always happy to teach people the ropes and the proper way to style hair. We can always use a few more people. If anyone just wants to come for a haircut or color, Empress Hair Salon is here for you. We even have the unicorn chair for the kids, which Claire helped design.

I've been here several weeks now, and while the Defense Team does take up some time, I find myself in need of something else to do in addition to that and additional funds soon. I'm not sure exactly how my experience, skills, and abilities will translate to civilian occupations but Jedi had to be ready for a variety of assignments before the war. We could be bodyguards one mission, diplomats the next to give two examples. It all depended on what was going on and where we were needed.

So with that all being said, does anyone know of positions where I could be of use?
