So I just saw a guy walking down the street with a fully functional metal arm. Is that like, something anyone can get, or do you have to be some sort of super badass? Because I've been rocking this hook hand for a couple of weeks now and like, it's nice, I'm all about the pirate aesthetic, but there's something to be said about being able to tie my own shoelaces.

So hey, did anyone else show up here with a bunch of people from the same universe as you, where you guys remember more or less the exact same things except with a couple of little differences?

And by a couple of little differences, I mean some pretty major differences.

FRIEND & FAMILY TYPES

As it is now official at school as of Monday, I wanted to let you all know that I have made the choice to resign my position at Geliara and will not be returning to the classroom come fall. This has been a consideration for a while now and recent events have left me deciding that this is the best way forward, as it will allow me to focus on home and my personal endeavors and research. I am looking forward to being supported by my husband in my old age.

I simply wanted to let you all know, as you are my favorites and I thought you may want to be apprised of such a change--and now you know, so. Thank you?.

June 4th was would have been my one-year wedding anniversary. I will start by saying this: I'm not devastated, and I have obviously not turned half of Vallo into a sitcom starring myself. I am fine. Truly. For those who do not know me, Vallo took away my husband. [...] And then my boyfriend, technically, but he was the boyfriend I had back home that was murdered by Thanos. That is slightly confusing

Anyway, this post is not about grief and I am not alone on this boat. This is more about... hope, I suppose? A lot of us know well how chaotic Vallo's nature is, bringing in the people you love only to take them away later. Or they bring you someone who is not from your world but you bond with them regardless. You learn to love them. Then there is the opportunity to take the plunge into something deeper, and you should. It does not matter what Vallo can do and don't hesitate because of Vallo.

If you want to, then do it. Make the memories. Date that person, marry them, try to make a family if that is what you want. The what if thoughts might always do the worst damage to you than this place could.
