Good morning, Vallo. Things are weird right now, but just wanted to give a head's up that Zeph'aeratam (or sword yoga, as I've heard it also be affectionately called) sessions are still going on mornings on Tuesdays and Thursdays and afternoons on Thursdays at the training grounds. I thought about canceling, but it's something that brings a lot of peace to me, so I wanted to keep it going in case it was something others would still benefit from. Today's session is done and over with, but I'll be here Thursday, probably with cronuts.

If you're new and this is the first time you're hearing about this and might be interested, please know you're welcome. You don't need a sword or any weapon at all to take part.
