Hey. Post under mine asking about bagels - the guy is manipulative and dangerous. Has no problem taking your trust and twisting it to fit his needs. He has a thing against the Avengers and those he deems to be upsetting the natural order of the world.

I thought that I might throw a bit of caution to the wind and try out these wishes that people have been having. Some have seemed rather good, so I thought maybe, just maybe. I wished for my arcane focus, so I don't have to spend quite so much of what I do have available on components. And, well. Instead I got this: ( Cut for image! )

I did try to use it as a focus, just in case? No luck. It was worth a shot!

July 4th, at the brand new Wilson Family residence located [ooc: address here]

We're having a grand cookout and everyone is invited. Figured I should do a proper housewarming party and Bucky's hosting with me because he's honorary residence and such.

July 4th marks Independence Day in my world (and some of your worlds too, I'm sure), and even though we don't have it here, it's always been one of those traditions my family has had to follow because, well, maybe it didn't mark 100% Independence for every single American, but damn if the Wilsons were going to keep that from having a proper BBQ.

So it might not be an America's Independence Day BBQ here, but it's still a meaningful day for us. Also, it's Steve's birthday. That's pretty important too.
