Now that that mess is behind us, what say we do something fun?

Spent the rest of my welcome money on a guitar, which I think is an excellent investment. Anyone know of an alright sound recording studio? Now that my villain-wrangling days are behind me, and the whole 9-5 doesn't vibe with my lifestyle and I got tired of filling out resumes, I'm ready to start my new career as a (insert profitable genre here) star. And that's going to require a debut album.

Also will do live performances. Would accept payment in drinks, except I also need money, which I'd probably turn around and spend on drinks. But let's pretend I should be paid like a respectable professional.

Our house showed up in the woods sometime around Father's arrival, which is handy! It's a great house, father built it, I helped him improve it as I got older. It's not nearly as grand as some of the places around here, but that's okay! We're working on making it a little more-- ah. Modern? Between construction improvements and magic, I think we can do that.

Then I'll have a nice fenced area for Bessie to help recover, maybe a barn or a stable that can hold a few animals if I come across injured ones in the forest.

But, I got a surprise today when I was working on building the fence. I turned around, and there was ... a new buddy! Eating my Twizzlers! They're gone now, Matthew, sorry. :((

But at least he didn't eat me, so that helps!

His told me his name is Bruce, he seems pretty friendly, all things considered! And he has a very fetching collar. Does he belong to anyone?

Was about to be excited because the Delta showed up, but it looks about the same as when we fell through that damn portal into the Middle Ages. Anyone any good at fixing cars?
