Gilmore, normally I keep these magical musings to just Caleb, but I thought there might be a chance you'd have some insight. I hope you don't mind me including you.

I had heard of items back home that would negate sensitivity to sunlight. The methods I've taken so I can traverse around during waking hours have been fine, but it would be good to have other options. I don't have any of these items here, obviously, but I found at least one book in my tower that has some vague mentioning of an enchantment. I suspect it will require a lot of components on my end as well as time and tinkering, but I suppose what I am asking is whether or not either of you would be interested in a side project.

I have another favor to ask only of you, but I'm afraid it isn't relating to magic.

It sounds as though the goblins that are bothering residents in the forest aren't too much of a threat overall, but I do have a few spells that I could cast to keep unwanted goblin visitors from coming to the house. I've already cast one on my tower as I'm not always there, but the area doesn't quite reach here and could also cast it here, if you all wanted.
