I would like to update on Princess Uranium.

You probably can't tell from that picture, but she is a perfect carbon-based specimen. Agile, sure-footed, and excellent at mobile trajectories from all points of origin, Princess Uranium is a fine predator and would doubtless murder all of you if she were larger. As she is miniature, she must content her bloodlust with shredding our curtains and biting our hands, or our approximation of hands when Morgan is in typhon mode. She is independent and disdainful of our attentions, except for when she is tired and we are warm. She is a fucking asshole. I have strong emotions about her I am not prepared to examine.

[FILTERED TO FRIENDS OF BLUE]

If you weren't already aware, Blue's birthday is this Thursday. I have a room booked at Destruction Junction at 7pm on Friday, it's themed, but all you have to bring is yourselves if you'd like to attend. You'll have to sign a liability waiver but this specific theme is more meant for fun than danger.

There will be food (not pizza) and cake in abundance for everyone to enjoy after, at Monmouth. It's only partially furnished at the moment but there's at least a pool table and couches for "hanging out".

Somedays Vallo gives you a motorcycle and somedays it tells everyone you've been looking up stripper moves. Thankfully I fall into the former today and Keith? You need a tetanus shot.

I know that I've been here several days already, but I must say between catching up with some people and adjusting to Vallo...the place seems nice. Granted, I'm still not used to all this modern stuff, given that I grew up during the depression and endured WWII. But I'll manage and hopefully, I can meet some new faces as well.

My guardian's house is here.  Everything is exactly as I remember it, including the harpsichord in tune and ready for me to play it.  I missed that. His drawing supplies are here, so I can do some sketching.  There's an amazing kitchen for me to cook in too.  It's amazing. and lonely and scary

If I searched for 'are housewarming parties still a thing?' - it might just end up on here anyway.   So I'll just ask.  Would any of you come if I had a housewarming night?  No gifts required, just a simple, get together, so I can show off my new place.

I'm Abra.  The DOA people have mostly explained this place to me.  It's a lot to take in, especially since this all came as a surprise and it's usually hard to surprise me.  All the magic here is cool.  I can feel it..  I just want to double check - Is it safe for people to show off use their own magic here?   Is there anyone that eats hurts people with magic?
