To whom it may concern,

Be advised that I encountered a hostile creature apparently made up of fabric and feathers this morning. It was easy enough to dispense with, with the help of fellow Outlander Miss Lorna Dane, by splitting the seams, but they may prove to be burdensome should the attack in force, or if this is the prelude to some other event.

I am on my way to the offices now to make my report in person.

I will begin by saying I'm completely unharmed and so there is no need to worry unduly, but this morning I encountered a [...] pillow monster. Miss Lorna Dane and I were able to dispense of it easy enough, with no loss of life or limb, but Temeraire, I should like to meet you at the rooftop of Morningside Manor in an hour, if you're free, and we might make a sweep of the island.

Lan Huan, please be sure to keep Shuoyue near today, and call me should you encounter any difficulties.

Can you all see the antlers too? Or am I losing my mind?. Will anyone come over and help me take them down? Please. They're making my apartment look like the shrike's nest a nightmare, and I need to get rid of them.

There are probably Sentinels loose in the city. I just got away from one, and they never travel alone. But without Sentinel Services here I have no idea who's controlling them or if they're only still targeting mutants or what they'll do once they capture someone.

They're small, durable, fast, adaptable, sort of spider-like like machines with a rotating red eye. They can crawl up walls and ceilings, and if they get a grip on you, even people with enhanced strength can have trouble escaping.
