Today is a pretty good day and I hope that it turns out to be a pretty good day for you all, too, by sheer force of my positive thinking.

Two years ago from this very day, I walked to a glorious man's shop, rehearsing a conversation that I completely forgot the moment I walked in through the front door. It still worked out, though, because he gave me a second chance and here we are now--two years, many terrible, sacrilegious puns, and even more sappy declarations of love (just wait, another is coming in a moment) later. Like I said, it's a pretty good day.

So: happy anniversary to you, Shaun. I love you more every day.
