WHOA. Wow, okay, so that was a wild ride. Thanks to the people from the DOA (I hope I got that right) who helped me out and let me have some coffee while I watched the video! The explosions were siiiick.

I've been assured I am NOT dead though, so silver lining there at least! I for sure thought I was a goner, though this isn't what I'd imagine heaven to look like?? Not that this place isn't BEAUTIFUL because wow, it really is. I almost thought I was still in LA for a minute until I saw a freaking unicorn!!! WHAT THE HECK! We definitely DON'T have those in LA.

I'm under the impression that people make resolutions or goals or whatever for the upcoming new year. I'm already pretty happy with myself most of the time, but I'm here for trying anything once, so I could use some suggestions in this regard.

So, if you're taking part in such things, what resolutions might you be setting for yourself, if you're willing to share publicly, so I can shamelessly steal one?

Hello, my name is Chan-Sung, but you may call me Andrew. This is a very strange place, but I am looking forward to a new start. Maybe this will be better than NY. Does anyone happen to know if there are any local hotels hiring?

Any New Year's Eve parties happening that a guy should know about?

For those of you looking for a way to occupy your time on New Years Eve, Lux will be hosting quite the affair that night. Live music, drinks half-priced, dancing on the table highly encouraged should the spirit overtake you.

Should you not be a fan of or cannot drink, one of the private ballrooms off the main room is part of the festivities. You can still dance on the table but you'll be doing it sober. Non-alcoholic beer and Shirley Temples and any non-alcoholic mixed drink your heart desires.

If someone wants to work instead of play that night, I'm looking for a babysitter type to watch over offspring so their parents can be adults for a few hours. I do not have children appropriate movies so you'll have to bring those along yourself.

I'm glad to be rid of my chains I've had a little vacation, although I've no idea what people do all day when you're removed from your responsibilities.

But I still think the hotel will reassert itself.
