Due to the holidays, I'm extending and adding an extra mediation class at night.
Members get first pick for spots, what's left over is open for visitors or those who pay at every class.
I would like to express, this doesn't have to be a stressful time.
Do what makes you feel good and stay away from what or who doesn't.
Sometimes the holidays will provoke sadness, it's okay! Cry if you need to, hermit away if you need to, just know that it's your right to and find someone you can talk to, if you need to talk. You can even message me if you'd like, I'm hardly ever without my device.
I just want to wish everyone peace, mindfulness, and to know you are not alone, even if you feel like it.
