If anyone has, or knows, children around the age of like, four to ten who would enjoy a totally not scary serial story or possibly comic strip based around a magical mystery shack in a town surrounded by gnomes and all manner of magical creatures who would wanna let me test to see if this stuff is any good, please speak now?

I don't know any kids.

...Maybe I should start with like teenagers. Check it's not scary. Is getting kidnapped by gnomes who want to make a twelve-year-old their queen scary? How about lake monsters that aren't really lake monsters but are, in fact, senile and lonely old men?

Waking up to the intense pain from an electrical disruption to the brain from a dream is not ideal. Movement makes me feel sick, my ears keep ringing and my vision keeps doubling.

I am most definitely staying in my damn bed today. Not even I want to deal with school feeling like this. >.<

Are there any low impact background entertainment recommendations? Nothing too noisy or requiring too much concentration.

It sucked working the entirety of the festive period but it does mean I can actually afford to take some time off.

Going to down a pot of coffee and get to work on a car that I said would be done today.

Despite only having had a total of 8 hours sleep over the last 2 days I am not as exhausted as I thought I would be. I suspect dreaming would be more exhausting given that the last time I did I dreamt of a war torn country under attack constantly with the sounds of bullets and missiles ringing in my ears.

I am still not sure what is real and what is not real.

My memory loss is frustrating.

I just spent the better part of this afternoon cleaning out my closet and identifying things that I can donate. I totally did this in my dreams, too, except in the dreams I was selling them because my credit card had been declined.

I think I'd rather just give them away. It feels better. Charity begins at home or whatever, right?

Plus more closet space means I can stock up after winter when the spring clothes come out.

These dreams are really weird though, and like not in a good way. I've definitely not grown wings or superpowers or whatever but me and my friends are definitely getting stalked by someone who knows like, literally everything about us and is possibly our dead friend.

Ugh. no thank you.

I do not think my choice of "career" was the best one I could have made given my lack of patience for pretty much everyone and everything.

Taxi drivers do not get tips if they speak their mind.

And no tips means no extra side orders with my takeout and that always leaves me feeling hungry.

Nobody likes me when I am hungry.

Woah, I got so wrapped up reading comics again I didn't realize it's already Friday. I'm pretty sure I started Wednesday. Three days off went by in a blur.

Year Two of University is going to be much busier it seems. Though luckily my job works well with my course, they have offered to train me to be a personal trainer which fits in with some of the requirements of a project I need to do. This is good luck I think.

Sleep is hard to come by when you're busy worrying about everything. I'm pretty sure this is how I'll go insane.

I always like to challenge myself when the Fine Bros post their try not to laugh challenges. This one featured Olympic athletes, and I didn't laugh until this guy came on. I lost it then because I've met several guys like him in my years of surfing.

I had a Dream that I was out of coffee, and when I woke up this morning? Not off to a good start. Especially since I have Job #1, then Job #2 today. Time to run to a coffee shop for a red eye. Might need another between jobs.

It seems the university is going into lockdown so students and faculty can hopefully shelter themselves from the onslaught of these white armored mystery soldiers.

Well, here goes another excuse to don the Black Panther suit. Thankfully I've decided to take it with me wherever I go just in case something unusual like this occurs.

I did not even know there was such a day but as there is I will take you out to lunch today.

Why do people think running is an easy thing to do? Somebody in the gym over the weekend was training for a half marathon - first time they had gone into the gym and yet the marathon is in a week. Some people do not have an idea about these things.

It was a strange day yesterday. Good that I could celebrate my birthday on the actual day but strange not to be doing it the same day as my sister. I do not mind it being every four years.

I love my new job. I had enough money to pay rent for February, and pay off some debts I'd accumulated during December and January.

It's going to take a few months of legal red tape, but my lawyer and I think we've found a way to get my trust fund back into my hands. So everything's coming up Hawkeye.

That was a most unusual occurrence. The fog had nothing to do with me. I was unable to disperse it, though... I did not try very hard. It did not feel of this world, but perhaps that is because I am still growing used to my new powers.

Fog and monsters...maybe this place won't be so boring after all.

A regular customer came in yesterday and asked if I'd considered doing bacon bouquets for Valentine's Day. I hadn't, but I think it's going to be a thing now. We'll also be running specials on various cuts of steak the week before V-day, so come on by if you're looking for a great cut of meat.

I got the job. Bartending job. Still not doing Christmas this year, but now I've got paychecks to look forward to. Might not have to move. Fingers crossed.

I am enjoying Thanksgiving a lot, but not quite as much as my brother I think. This feast was made for him it seems! I don't think he's stopped eating all day!

Okay so um.. how do you tell if someone actually likes you more than just friends? I mean if it's not a usual kind of relationship where you're y'know fooling around all the time.

I realized talking to someone today that people only see the glamorous side of what I do for a living. They see the pointe shoes, shiny ribbons, the glitter and the tutus. Most have a vague idea of the struggles of dancers, and athletes in general, but you only know the tip of the iceberg.

You see the air cast on my ankle and see an injury but you do not know it has been building for months; that we are pushed to keep performing through the pain until our body breaks because we are afraid to disappoint ourselves and our teachers. You do not see the instructors that parade us in groups in front of each other for public weighing so the instructors can criticize and tell us we are too heavy. You do not see the girl that tries to hide rolls of change in her leotard because she is ashamed to admit her eating disorder because it means being black listed in her sport.

That is what I say to those that say we do not deserve the money we earn, that it is wrong that the Olympians get paid. That our job is easy. I am lucky I get to go home to someone that loves me. Someone that tells me how beautiful I am every day when if feels like the rest of the world is only criticizing my body. And I realize how much of a rant I just went on and I am sorry it is so long, not that I said it.
