If anyone was wondering I went out and bought a book. Not a Nook or a Kindle or an iPad but an actual book. The binding fell apart. Yeah, I should have gotten an electronic one.

I forgot to post about which dog I decided to go with and now that all the paper work is done and he's at home. I would like you all to meet Wilson Binx. My cats are quite skeptical of having a dog in the house, but I think they'll come around. He's fairly young so he's all about trying to play with them and I'm having a hell of a time watching them. It's taking a lot of self restraint from taking a lot of videos of them.

Gotta get him into training and hopefully I'll be able to have him come to the clinic soon enough.

So, I'm thinking about adopting a dog since my place seems a little lonely. I've been wanting a dog for a while and now seems like a good time. I was looking at the OC Humane Society and there's too many cute dogs to choose from. I don't think I want a small dog, but the rest seem like they would be about the right size.

So, give me your opinions! You can check the dogs out here. And if there's one you really want to adopt let me know and I'll make sure not to adopt them. It's a win/win here.

I know there are all kinds of fashion designers and clothing geniuses on here, so I thought I'd put this out there before I start googling and cold calling people. I'm getting married on Halloween and I want to design my dress. I know it's short notice, but... is it possible? Is anyone willing to work with me on it? Ha! Right after I posted this, I got an email from a baby site about "foods that induce labor". I don't think there's scientific evidence that hot food'll do it, but heck. I like curry anyway. PETE. I'M MAKING LATE NIGHT CURRY.

I know that there a good percentage of people here that have had dreams. Some of which sounds pretty horrible. Are there people here with similar dreams?

Well, to those in favor of a free Scotland... I was unable to liberate them. I apologize. I also failed to smuggle back any genuine haggis.

I've been having the same dreams for so long I forgot what new ones feel like. It's funny, but I totally forgot Sinister was even a big deal in the dreams. Don't even ask me how that happened. I guess I just didn't dream enough about him.

I don't know why he'd want to attack me, but the dream ended on a cliffhanger. Like it's the season finale of my crappy dreams and they want me to tune in.

Damn. That was one fucking weird dream nightmare. I kind of felt like Dorothy in Oz. But this was way scarier. I'd take the Wicked Witch over Baba Yaga any day.

I know quite a lot of people here have dreamt about having powers or being a supernatural creature and I know that quite a lot of you have acquired these powers or became these creatures. My question is, is there anyone who hasn't? My sister has dreamt about us being vampires and I only just had the same dream. This doesn't appear to bode well for me and my family.

Hello there, lovely network of people. My name is Thackery Binx and I am a local veterinarian in the area. My clinic, Binx Animal Hospital, is located over in Laguna Woods. I feel like I'm in the first day of school where you have to introduce yourself to everyone. What else can I say? I'm from Salem, MA and I went to grad school here in California. The lack of winter won me over and I've been here ever since.

Oh, and I'm always looking for people that want to help out around the clinic. Heck, if you just want to come pet animals feel free. My cats love company.

School is about to start up soon and I know I'm going to need something to do to take my mind off of it every once and a while. So, I had a great idea. There seems to be a lot of new mothers and mothers-to-be on the network. Would anyone be interested in creating a Mommy Group? Doesn't have to be a very strict group, just whenever we can all get together (with or without the children) and just talk about life. I don't feel like some of the other moms in the area would fully understand the weirdness that goes on here.
