The light flickering in the studio off and on all day has given me a massive headache.

I tried to turn on the tv at home, but the radio came on, very loudly.


I'm just annoyed, hurting, and going to unplug for the rest of the night.

Well, thanks to Caroline, I have a really good Halloween costume and a huge amount of candy for trick-or-treaters. Since I’m fully in the holiday spirit, does anyone know of any Halloween special events? Halloween movies playing in theaters or pumpkins patches?

I finally grasp the concept everyone been talking about with having dreams.

It's was haunting, dreary, I killed a girl who was my best friend?, just daunting.

I made these adorable Halloween cookies, and I think I've eaten my weight in them. (Okay, not really. But I've had five of them so far. I'm debating a sixth.) They'll be available in the bakery starting on Monday.

Does anyone else have a favorite Halloween confection or treat? I'm always looking to add to our repertoire. And Thanksgiving is right around the corner! We do make pies! Put in your orders early!

Sometimes I wonder if I actually learned from the mistakes I made both in the dreams and in this life where relationships are concerned. Because sometimes it feels like I haven't, and other times I think I have.

Maybe I'm just being stupid, so perhaps I'll just mull it over a drink or two.

This Friday night at seven, Crescent Yoga Studio is offering Hot Yoga class for a month!

If by chance you can't make it, the class is offered again month long Saturday at nine in the morning.
