Huh. Looks like I got a dog now.

I brought my mother flowers and took her out for lunch today. She was very pleased.

I think she is happy in her new home. It's very clean. They treat people well there. She likes her nurse. Good, they can take better care of her than I could.

I've been invited to go to a speed dating thing. Has anyone tried that, and can you really get much out of five minutes?

I'm so bad at this.

Just when you start thinking you got this whole thing figured out in your dreams, something you've been doing for decades, some asshole named Fisk and psycho called Bullseye stroll on in to really ruin your day.

At least I don't wake up with any of those dream injuries you people seem to get.

While the gallery is usually closed on Monday's we've decided since the recent strangeness seems to have finished and because it's an odd day we will be open on Monday 29th February.

I'm holding an event towards the end of the month for upcoming artists from local universities and colleges. I'll update everybody here but if you know anybody who would like to display their work please have them contact me.

Good things never last.

Thanksgiving is a strange holiday for me because I wasn't born in this country yet I consider it my own now. I worked hard to become a citizen. I feel as if Thanksgiving is especially important to people like myself who aren't native to this world country since it gives us a chance to really look at what we've gained by coming here.

I've gained a chance to have a future doing what I love and met the woman of my dreams.

For me?

I couldn't imagine being anything other than thankful to be an American.

How do people deal with neighbors who are constantly loud and make jokes of it when requested to not be so loud because the walls are thin?

I have been told this is a good place to get the word out about things happening around the county.

I've recently moved here to run a small but lovely art gallery and we're having our grand re-opening at the end of the month. I'll be posting more details up here soon.

I'm also going to be teaching a few art appreciation and art history classes at some of the local colleges so I hope to get to know some of you better through those if you attend.
