So, finished decorating the apartment for Christmas. Not even sure why I did it. Not like I have family coming, or like family wants me home at the moment.

Probably just end up watching the Hallmark channel and making fun of all their movies with some seriously spiked Egg Nog.

Speaking of, what is the absolute worst Christmas movie people have seen? I'm curious. Personally, my pick is "Holiday in Handcuffs".

This is the time of year that I hate. The earlier it gets dark the less time I have on jobs.

Ugh, my dreams kind of suck now. Just had a complete mindfuck in this last one and now I don't know if I can get back to sleep. I mean they weren't completely awful dreams, but still not exactly awesome. Kinda wish I was at Gendry's. It'd be easier to talk to him since he's in them. Maybe I'll take Nymeria outside for a little while.

So for anyone who was hoping that I'd lose my ability to speak, you're out of luck, because I still have my voice. My brother and boyfriend on the other hand have both lost their voices. Poor boys.

Usually I'm not really into this whole...social media sort of thing, but I thought I would give it a try and broaden my horizons. I suppose an introduction is the best start. I'm Sage. I enjoy sex stiff drinks, boxing, and roller derby when I'm not dealing with customers in the retail world. I'm sure a lot of you know what I mean.

There are weeks when moving away feels like a really smart idea.

Customs in this country can be dreadful.

I hate social networking sites for this reason entirely. I have a facebook, haven't logged on for weeks. I just lose interest after a day.

Twitter has like one tweet. What's the point of things like this anyway? Like aren't net type things pointless?

Between being threatened by a walking pile of neuroses and worrying about something coming up in my personal life, I've been under a bit of stress. So, I sincerely thought I was going crazy this morning when my dog Winston appeared to ask me for fresh water. In English.

Now that I know I'm not crazy, I do have a bit of a problem, though. I'm used to quiet, plus the occasional bark. What I am not used to is seven voices loudly chattering amongst themselves. Haven't had a meltdown that bad in years.

Would anyone be willing to give two or three dogs a temporary home for however long this lasts? These things tend to be transient, but still. I can't demand they be quiet all the time, but I can't live with what sounds like a very loud party in my house at all times.

I have officially had it with my dreams.

I wore my crazy dream-aunt's skin to fool a demon and make out with him long enough to kill him. Seriously. Head to toe wearing someone's entire body skin and it was gross and goopy and did I mention giving a demon tongue?

Sometimes I wonder if I'm too old for the club scene.

Watching Loras' match the other night with Myrcella reminded me of the dreams of watching him joust. Especially the Tournament of the Hand. The children, especially Tommen, always enjoyed watching the joust. I'm obviously biased since I think Loras was always the best. No one could unhorse him.

Oh. Alright. Well, that was interesting. Just woke up from a fresh crop of dreams. Haven't had a dream since the one where I met Gendry and that was like in March or something. At least now I know why I was dressed as a boy. Okay, so I still don't know why exactly. This guy, who was apparently from The Night's Watch, which is like a group of guys who protect the North or something, he was getting recruits and for some reason he cut my hair and told me to pretend I was a boy, which confirmed what I've been thinking and something bad happened, which is the only way I would have been separated from my father and sister. Anyway, Gendry stepped in when these two other boys were harassing me. Honestly, what kind of names are Lommy and Hot Pie? Come on now.

Let me ask a question, is it possible to actually kick a guy to death by kicking him in the nuts? I think Hot Pie was full of crap and trying to scare me, but the joke was on him when I pulled Needle on him. I thought he was going to cry.

Alright, I'm gonna try to get back to sleep now.

I've just had the strangest dream last night.

I dreamed I was an angel. Not just any angel, but a guardian at the gates of Eden. I was there when poor Adam and Eve were forced out, as a matter of fact. I gave them my flaming sword so they could protect themselves and make a fire and whatnot.

Of course, God did ask about that. Where my sword had gone, I mean. I said, "I had it just a moment ago, I must have put it down somewhere. Forget my own head next."

I lied to God. To God! I suppose it was for a good cause and all, really. Surely He'd see that?

Anyway, it was all very strange indeed. And a bit like my husband's dream, about him being the serpent in Eden, come to think of it. But from the opposite end.

I think I might need some advice, but I'm not actually sure what advice I need. This seemed like the best place to ask, at any rate.

How do you reconcile your dream relationships with your real life ones? The thing is, there's a girl from my dreams and I've met her here, and in my dream world we're in love with one another. Here, she's quite a bit younger than I am and I guess I've started thinking of her as something like a little sister. But now I guess she's developed a bit of a crush.

I guess I'm worried that once she catches up in her dreams, it might - Well. I don't want her thinking she's obliged to believe she likes me, and I honestly have no idea how to gently coax her out of the notion without upsetting her too much.

Anyone out there with some wisdom to impart?

So, for anyone who was curious, my mother and I are talking again. Technically we were talking before, but it included a lot of yelling and now there is less yelling. I'm still mad at her, but I know our fighting was taking a toll on my father, so I decided to be the bigger person and actually got her a card Sunday night. It was the last thing she expected when I got home, but it seems to have brought a peace between us.

Prom is Saturday, not that I'm going, but it's kind of amusing to overhear some of the girls in my class talking about it and talking about what they're doing after prom. Now, I don't care what anyone is doing afterwards, but why would you talk about that stuff in class? I certainly wouldn't want everyone knowing my business like that. Especially when it comes to stuff like sex.

These dreams are such a pain in the ass.

Oh my god. I've been so busy lately. The production schedule is all messed up because the cast and crew keeps bursting out in song during shooting. We're so behind it's ridiculous. I really wish someone would figure out what the heck is going on. I was supposed to spend St. Patty's Day weekend at home with my family and I couldn't because we were so behind. Ugggh!!!

I know some people on here are going through some hard times. I just closed a case that was exhausting to get through. So yeah, sometimes life is bleak and shitty and terrifying.

The Oscars last night were really good! Seth McFarlane or whoever didn't make a complete mess of the whole thing, so that's good. He was a bit crass though, wasn't he? The boob song was entirely inappropriate. I can't believe Anne Hathaway wore that dress and what was up with everyone wearing white and washed out colors? It was a little depressing on the red carpet this year. I'm so glad Jennifer Lawrence won though! She's so cute.

I can't wait until next year's award seasons! Going to the Emmy's was like the highlight of my year even though Black Widow was only nominated for one and we didn't win.

My sewing machine stopped working because it already had been going for 'eight hours' and it had 'rights'.

Do you know how hard it is to work on a wedding dress when you're doing it by hand?

The network was about to announce some really amazing news, but I guess one of the network receivers or something turned into a huge mushroom? They can't get any new programming out at all. Seriously? I have to deal with insane shit all the time in my dreams. Now I have to deal with it in real life too? Will we ever get a fucking break?

Right, so now we're all having weird dreams. That's not ... creepy, or anything at all.

Got a new one of these iPad things, and I made the lady teach me how to use it. I promised to teach her a few things--held up my end of the bargain. She did a bit too, like this Temple Run thing. A bit entertaining.

I just used up my last paid sick day for today. If this continues on for much longer I don't know how the local economy is going to be able to bounce back. I bet half of the people out there didn't have sick time saved up and we're not exactly getting paid for sitting on our asses in our homes.

I had an amazing Christmas! Santa brought me everything I asked for! I got the soldering iron that I wanted, and the Arduino, so I can start making robots. My Father got me a Kindle Fire, but he got upset when I took it apart. Jeez, Dad, I wanted it for the parts! And my mother got me a pink sweater. Pink? Really?
