Garden planned for spring already set, everything I need acquired. It's kind of nice having a lot of space to plan for a garden. I know I'll be spending time around the world, but, magic helps regulate the care of the plants.

Trip Update.

So for two weeks in November I'll be going overseas for work. I decided, I have to do it. Or I'll never get over what happened before.

Sometimes skills from your Dreams transfer over, like, fencing. That was a fun day at work.

I'm exhausted. I don't even know why. I just am. And I might be debating my job's requests to go back overseas.

The more I think on it. The more I miss it.

Except I don't miss parts.

Maybe I need to get out of the sun today. Working too hard, or something maybe.

Herbs and peppers are hung to dry. I feel vaguely accomplished. There were so many!

Dreams can be so utterly fascinating. Anyone around up for sparring? I think I need to work out some aggression before work this week.

All these people walking around blind in the sunshine while I can see them for what they really are in the dark. Almost makes me wish I could turn it off. Go blind like the rest of them.

I am home, which is nice. I missed my little cabin in the woods. I missed my companions. I think I might be done with the long trips for some time.

After a few false starts, thanks weird weather and so on, my garden seems to be growing well. I'll take that as a good sign!

Between working for my father and helping out at the gym teaching young ladies that if they want to, they can have a career in punching people in the face, I've been so busy I forget to check this thing.

I dreamt about a battle over the Moors, the place I protect and my home, last night. The King wants them for his own , why I am not sure although I believe he wants to rid the world of our kind, but he will not have them. At least, not while my dream self is living and breathing he won't. I believe he got the picture though when I knocked him from his horse and told him that he would never have the Moors.

I have to wonder though if that means he'll be back with more forces to seek retaliation because I humiliated him in front of his men. I suppose we'll find out.

They captured many of us. Young heroes, trainees, just students learning to use their powers. And they forced us to turn on each other and fight to the death in an arena.

And everything I was trying to become washed away in a sea of blood.

"Labor Day" should technically be "Labor Free Day", right? Seems to be a misnomer to me. Of course, I've never been one to labor all that intensively. I only take note of it because it amuses me.

Little amuses me.

I'll take what I can get where I can get it.

I don't understand why I still live here. This place has taken near everything from me, and apparently it aims to take my sanity next.

Last week was intolerable.

Well that isn't something I want to repeat in a hurry. Being stabbed hurts way more than you'd think it does.

But at least it was my left shoulder, I'd be going stir crazy if I couldn't write.
