More dreams about being a teenager. This time I got to go on a double date with my boyfriend (obviously) and his ex and her new boyfriend. Not exactly an ideal situation. But oh well. I'd rather dream about that than like zombies or vampires or something.

I don't usually remember my dreams, but the one I had last night was super intense. I mean, like it felt real, even though it doesn't make much sense.

That's it. I'm done. I want a vacation from this place. A LONG ONE.

Okay, so I figured out something I can do to kill some time before classes start again. Anyone want to get together and play football or baseball? I was thinking that I probably shouldn't let myself get rusty and I've already let two months go by so I need to get out and make the most of August. So, any takers?

Nothing like waking up with a black eye to know that my day is going to be a pain in the ass. If I get one more fight club or "being a knock-out is not supposed to be a literal term" crack today, I'm gonna be doing the knocking out.

Dreams are back, which, you know, is always fun.

So we jumped away from the First Order and thought we were safe. But before we can form a plan for what's next, who finds us? Yep. The First Order. We don't even know HOW they can track us through hyperspace but not much time to think about it as we're being attacked. And JUST when you thought it couldn't get any worse - they managed to blow up the command bridge and nearly the entire command structure gets blown out into space - including General Leia.

Only...she survives. Like, the Force or something must have saved her, because she flies herself to a hatch and we bring her in. WHO SURVIVES SPACE???

Then dream me finds the tracker bracelet Leia had that matches the one Rey has and I figure, I'm out, I need to find Rey and peace out of this galaxy for good. But I get stopped by a mechanic named Rose who is totally fangirling over me for some reason who tases me for trying to take an escape pod.

Woke up this morning unable to feel my teeth for about an hour.

You know, I got a full eight hours last night and I still woke up fucking exhausted this morning, just because D in my dreams decided to keep me up all night with some sort of horrific adult sex ed class. I'm never going to sleep without nightmares again.

I almost forgot what a massive pain in my ass these dreams are.

Success! Maman has decided with everything that happens around here she would feel better if Casper lived inside the house with us and the dogs. So now I just need to take him to the vet to get his shots and a collar and he'll be safe inside from anyone trespassing in our yard. She says his bed will have to be downstairs in the living room but that's fine. He's going to be in the house now.

Happy 4th, everyone! It's the best holiday of the year!

I'm going to be taking Chris to the park today for a BBQ and to play some frisbee or catch or something. Anyone's welcome to show up, so long as you bring your own food.

As if it wasn't bad enough we get snow every damn December. It's fucking June.

Never been so glad that I held onto my old run down van. It’s made it a lot easier getting the stuff for Lace and Rock’s yard renovation easier. She makes it a little difficult to get orders just delivered out to the house so I’m pulling transport on my off days. She’s still loving exploring the yard and now that more of it is cleared she’s got more room to scare the shit out of squirrels. She’s not doing anything to them or even threatening them just walking towards them because she’s curious about what these things in our yard are.

Nearly six months I go without a Dream. I thought I was done with the fucking things, but no, now I get to wake up smelling like a goddamn house fire. I think I might've inhaled a fair amount of smoke, too.

God, would it ever be nice if these things would just leave me alone already.

So since my last dream I've received two items from them. A trinket that Finn made me as well as the wrist cuffs we were all wearing. Murphy helped me get it off the other day so now I have my cuff, on my nightstand, just trying to figure out what to do with it. What does everyone do with the things they get from the dreams?

Speaking of the dreams, I had another one last night. This one jumped back and forth between when my dad found out that the ARK was low on oxygen and us on the ground. Long story short, I saved Jasper's life, had to kill someone else. Found out that we now have to deal with acid fog and came to terms with the fact that it wasn't Wells who turned my father in and got him floated, but my mother. Wells was protecting me from the truth the whole time.

The center is back on track thankfully and the restaurant is too. So now...it’s time to start my next project right? Probably not since I’m already fairly certain my blood is more caffeine than cells and platelets right now from the schedule I’ve been keeping.

So...the architect and I have made a couple small changes to the design. He’s sending you over an updated copy of the blueprints.

I decided that before I get a lot of furniture in my place, I should paint. What I didn't know is how hard it is to pick a paint colour for each room.

I really wish people just wouldn't plan to get married on holidays. They always get mad that things are more expensive and expect me to do some bloody magic and get venues or florists to drop their prices on The Fourth of July or bloody Christmas. For as many years as I've been in this business, I'll never understand these particular people.

The last thing I'd want to do is get married on a holiday.

Laurel decided today that the best way to convince us to agree to take her and her sister to Disney Land every day of summer vacation was to sit us down and give us a presentation on exactly why it would be a waste of money to not go to Disney every day. I'm kind of impressed that she did her research. We've got seasonal passes, because we do go that often and it just made more sense to get them. She did her research on how much it costs for all of us, how much it would cost to buy it individually, and how much money we'd be saving by going every day.

The answer is still no, Disney is a privilege and not an expectation. And she didn't take food and souvenirs into her math. But she is in elementary school and there were hand drawn graphs. So I'm still impressed.

Hey everyone, my name is Peeta and I'm new to the network. I'm a veteran and owner of a couple of bakeries called Mellarky. We make breads, pastries, cookies, cakes, pies, tortes, etc - I'm currently testing out bagels and doughnuts so hopefully that will get added to the menu soon. My main bakery is located in Santa Ana and I have a smaller satellite bakery in Anaheim near Disneyland that does mainly sweets and some bread.

So, let me ask you fine people - what's your favorite bakery item? This is a purely selfish question because I'm always looking to add new things to my menu.

We sometimes leave Food Network on for background noise when we're not watching something in particular at the apartment, and Guys Grocery Games was on while I was working on something, so I was only half listening to start with and this may be my fault for mishearing. But this one guy had this really thick French accent, and I have no idea what he actually said. But my brain interpreted it as "sautee the muppet." And I am about 98% sure that THAT can't be right.

That man who tried to hit Marc was back in our yard today but now I think I know why he’s trespassing. Casper, the albino raccoon that I saw over the winter, decided to stay on after the rest of his family left. I’m guessing he senses he’s safer here than he might be in the wild? The dogs don’t bother the raccoons other than to play and I give them food and water. Make sure they have a place outside of the weather when it gets bad. I just now have to figure out a safe place for Casper to be...maybe a little bed in the garage for him.

After the flight I just had, I need a drink.

I miss my Sunday night tv wine time with my friend. I get it, she's busy, but it was something I looked forward to.

I'm not really one for introductions. Or joining random networks. But here I am. Hi. I'm Sam. I like long walks, hiking really. And you know. Serving justice. I'm also on the market for a dog. My kid thinks it will help me not be so sad when he's with his mom and not with me. He argued his case, and made the lawyer in me proud. So. I guess I'm getting a dog.

I'm not even going to lie, today has been so much fun! I know not everyone feels the same way, but getting to use my powers as much as I did today and helping as many people as I did is just exhilarating. Those Stormtroopers didn't know what to make of the fact that their blasters had no affect on me and I was able to pull the legs off those Walkers with my bare hands.

Six months. Nearly six months I go without dreams or noticing anything fucking weird happening, and then D had to go and start using this stupid Network again and now there are fucking space teddy bears running all over the place.

I should have known better.

What n'the hell is this?? Got some teddy bears jabberin' in my backyard an' messin' with my grill! I tried shooin' them away but now they think the Yaka arrow is some kinda magic. Up and started with this weird chantin' and carryin' on like...I dunno, but now they keep followin' me around!

I was planning on going Trick-or-Treating with Chris tomorrow. Really not my thing, but he was really looking forward to it and I'd already made up our costumes. But I just got told that one of the detectives is out with the flu, and now I've got to pick up a shift tomorrow, which is a load of bullshit. Halloween's one of the worst holidays out there. I don't care if it's on Thursday this year. I'm sure that's not going to cut back on the amount of drunk assholes.

Guess who only has one week of rehab left!

I even survived the weekend with my daughter without any help!

Hopefully, by the end of the week, I will be on desk duty till I'm cleared to be back in action.

At a friend's suggestion, I went for a hike today. It wasn't a very long hike since I haven't done anything like that in a long time, but she was right, it did some good to be out in nature for awhile. I think I'll do it again soon.

Only heard about Flemish giants from Eren a little while back, but they're so cool! They're rabbits the size of medium sized dogs.

As promised when I got the news, some of the preview images I got from the shoots the photographer and I did for the spread. I still don't don't which of them is going to be the cover or even which ones will actually make it into the magazine but I think the third one might just be my favorite of the entire shoot although I really like how they all turned out.

I don't think my dreams have anything resembling continuity. Which on the one hand, I like that there isn't the whole 'what's going to happen, how will this affect me' thing. On the other, three children are regularly causing serious infrastructure damage on a weekly basis and nothing is done about it?

It also strikes me as strange that everyone is cool with us busting out of kindergarten every day via the roof. That's dangerous!

In less crazy news, I am officially a dog walker for the summer! I get to take out the shelter dogs, and maybe, hopefully, they can meet some nice people who will adopt them! I have two little terrier buddies today and I'm really looking forward to it!

I knew it! I knew that creep had to be here. I could feel it in my gut. Now I have twice the opportunities to nail his ass to the wall.

A weird thing about this whole multi-verse with all kinds of spider-themed superheroes in my dreams is how many of them are version of my ... friend. The one that, you know, died.

And in a lot of them, I'm the dead one. So not only do I see his face, I know he understands exactly how I feel.

And I don't know how I feel about that.

You know, I could really do without the people I trust the most lying to me about major things. It's getting really old.

I'm pretty sure a nice, long vacation where the most stressful thing I had to deal with for three weeks was which beautiful beach babe I should chat up was exactly what the doctor ordered. I haven't felt this good in ages.

But I missed work, so I guess it's good to be back. Even if the damn cat decided that clawing up my fucking arm was the best way to say she missed me.

You know, I hope that is the last goddamn time Dream me takes D on vacation with me. I'm just glad he can't ruin my vacation here. If I come back from Fiji with no memory of the damn trip, I'm going to find him and I'm going to knock him senseless.

I got some holiday time coming up next month, and dammit, Chris and I are taking an extended vacation to Fiji.
