I think Thanksgiving might be my favorite holiday of the year. I get to make a lot of really delicious food. I hope everyone has plans for the holiday.

[The Cellar Employees]
Don’t forget we are closed Thursday and Friday. Enjoy your paid time off with your family and friends. I better not hear any of you spent the holiday alone either. If you’ve got nowhere to go let me know.

[Hazel]
I don’t know if your parents have decided if they are joining over at Rick’s for Thanksgiving or if they are doing anything else but you are still welcome to join us!

Last night I had a really freaky dream. And I don't mean the "bunnies in tutus because I thought In n Out at 2am was a good idea" kind of freaky. More like the me being a little kid again and being told I had cancer.

Seriously, brain? What the hell?

Hey guy, Gus here. I'm a bit new to this and well Newport Harbor High. I'm a senior here and looking for work. But just using this to be friendly and sociable. Even if there are rather exciting things this week, like the football match and Halloween

So this is Valarnet, huh? I've heard about it, but I've never really tried it out until now.

So...how's it going, everyone? I'm BeatriceTris Prior. I'm a sophomore in high school. I like surfing on the weekends, and I do a lot of volunteer work with my family. I like trying new things, especially if they're exciting.

Ugh. That was lame.

I'm looking at the holiday schedule, and our current employee roster, and realizing that my last day before maternity leave is November 30th, and I'm absolutely terrified. We just don't have the manpower for the Christmas Rush. My current employees are wonderful and efficient, but I don't want to overload them with too much work over the holidays.

SO BAXTER BAKERY IS HIRING.

Izzy (my assistant manager) and I will be conducting interviews until November 1, and then extensive training during the month of November. If you're looking for part-time or full-time work, please contact me for an application and interview. Or just swing by the bakery between opening and 3pm and ask for Audrey. :)

Book Hangover
book hang-o-ver [boo k] [hang-oh-ver]
noun
1. the inability to start a new book because you are still living in the last book's world
2. the inability to function at work/school because you were up all night binge-reading.

This is happening to me right now, plus the fact that everyone else is carrying on with their lives as though I didn't just experience emotional trauma at the hands of a paperback.

Princess Dress Cupcakes

It's still acceptable to have princess-themed birthdays as an adult, right?

Hi, Valarnet. My name is Hazel Grace Lancaster, but you can just call me Hazel. I've heard this is THE place to be on the Interwebs, so here I am.

wow, that was lame

Are there any other book lovers on here? I am completely obsessed with post-apocalyptic fiction right now. I don't know what it is about that genre that has sucked me in, but I think it's really interesting to see all the different versions of the future. So many of them are realistic in the sense that you can see it really happening. I guess it makes me wonder what the world will really be like 150 years from now. I know I won't be around to see it and that's kind of sad, but I still like trying to imagine it.
