I was so excited to go out after leaving Beth home with Mom for the evening after Christina's party and trick-or-treating. I was going to live it up, and stay out until at least four at the earliest.

I was home and in my pajamas by nine-thirty.

I'm a real party animal,I know.

Today, I think Beth and I are going to have a Mommy and Me day in. She's all pooped out from yesterday, so we're going to have a long day of cartoons and snuggling in our pjs. Our at least, I'll be in my pjs. Beth is still insistent on wearing her sheep costume. She's lucky she's so darn cute in it.

Tonight feels like a pizza night and scary movies with the wife after the baby is down and out for the night. Providing we don't crash and burn. I feel so old sometimes, but being a parent is exhausting.

Some guy on campus handed me this flyer thing today, inviting me to go to this Halloween party at his house. He was... really forward. ANd he smelled really bad. And when I said I might bring my boyfriend to the party, he told me boyfriends weren't allowed. And guys had to pay to go? I don't know it was really awful, and he wouldn't go away and leave me alone.

See, Caroline? Buffy? We need to have lunch together every day to avoid the creeps!

Do you have Halloween Plans? I was kinda hoping to stay in, watch scary movies and pass out candy? There are a dozen kids in my apartment complex who have all stopped me on my way in and out to ask me what kind of candy I'll be passing out.

Oh, and don't let me forget I need to buy some candy.

I have a babysitter for Halloween.

I'm taking Beth trick-or-treating (for my own selfish reasons, I admit, as she's still a little young), and then my mom said she'd take her for the rest of the night.

I'm a bit beside myself right now. I love my kid, but I haven't had an evening to myself in ages.

Woah, okay I think I'm seeing sound after spending a day of eating nothing but candy corn.

The best dinner I've had. It was so good.

Hello, Valarnet. I'm Sydney Sage and I moved here a few months ago, but I've been resisting certain attempts to get me to sign onto this place until now. I'm horrible at introductions, but I'm 22 years-old, I grew up in Utah and I gradated from USC this part May. I've been making do wit Starbucks, but I'd really love some suggestions on where to get a good cup of coffee in or near Irvine.

It would seem that Alec and I have decided on Halloween costumes. It actually wasn't as difficult as I was expecting, considering how many options there are these days. Surprisingly, for anyone who knows me, there is nothing outlandish about my costume whatsoever.

Also, this Friday night, I will be hosting a Halloween party. It will be held at [address of The Institute]. When arriving at the party, you may, at first glance, see nothing but an empty lot, but if you continue onto the lot, the building will appear. However, upon leaving, you won't remember where it was.

It's open to anyone on Valarnet. I had wanted to do it on Halloween, but I assumed that there are other plans that evening.

I've been told that this is the place if you want to get to know people and make new friends. Strange how having a one-year-old makes you long for the company of people your own age, as wonderful as their company is.
