I almost wished I had picked a college that got out earlier than June, but oh well. Time to go join the masses who are loading up on redbull, 5 hr energy, and cocaine.

How in the world is it May already? I can't believe that my first year of college will be over next month. We have about a month left of classes and then it starts becoming finals time. I've really enjoyed it, but I'm also completely ready for a summer vacation.

And speaking of vacation, I am thinking that the idea of taking the dragons out for a long trip may be a lot of fun. Anyone know of a good place to visit along this west coast of the US? I need something where I won't run into a lot of people, like a national park or something.

If I'm awake, I'm working, rebuilding and moving my company forward. When I'm dreaming, I'm working, planning and restructuring the transportation network of a whole city. It's like I've forgotten how to have fun.

Back in Orange County for maybe a whole day and I've already been mugged, my car's dead, and I my internet didn't get hooked up.

It's great to be home.

Still, luckily I didn't have any money on me, and public transportation isn't exactly 'the worst'. And without the internet I'm less distracted and can get some of these applications done. Also it's sunny, my home is relatively nice to look at and doesn't smell like old cheese, and I have a plant. So, you know, it brightens the place up.

I haven't been on a proper date in ages. I feel like this calls for shopping. Maybe a new dress. Or is that too keen? I'm just excited to go out and do something.

Parents are out of town, and left me in charge of fending for myself food wise. I've been staring at the fridge for about ten minutes and realized I don't really know how to cook anything. I should learn how to cook.

My dreams are heading in this direction... well it's not a good one. I like to pretend that everything is awesome and things are just great, but the truth is that I have no idea how much more of this crap Dream Me can take.

Sure, she's strong, and she's the Avatar. But she had her connection to everything that essentially makes her... her... severed completely, and she nearly died. Now people are trying to kill her just for what she stands for. The leader's basically holding an entire nation hostage, and I'm pretty sure-

Lord Zuko gave me advice, and I know what Avatar Aang would do. I don't have a connection to him anymore, but I know what he'd do. I'm pretty sure Dream Me is about to give herself up. I know we don't die in real life if we die in our dreams, but who knows what's going to happen?

I just hope I'm alive for my V-day date on Saturday. Asami dreams, too, but I hope she hasn't dreamt of this stuff yet. I want to knock her dead and just enjoy our time together.

I can safely say that nothing beats flying over the ocean on a dragon. I can also say that they are better fishermen than I would ever be.

Someone stop me from quitting school and deciding to just run off and be a dragon rider for the rest of my life.

I don't have enough coffee for what I found waiting at the test track today. So many parts. I'm glad I have something else to do later tonight or else I'll end up putting all these parts together for the next week.

Is there a word for baking out of sheer relief? And shock? I don't know if there is but I may have baked again. And over cooked. Taste of Home is just filled with food again.

This may seem like an absolutely insane request, but it's 100% real and I do need some sort of answer.

Anyone have a place were some dragons can call home? My dorm and my girlfriend's apartment don't allow them to live with us. They've been kinda hiding in the woods since making their appearance, but I want to find a real place for them to stay.

I'm so ready for Thanksgiving break. I'm also not ready for finals to start, but I am ready for this semester to be over. But, I think there's quite a few college students that completely agree with my sentiments.

But, I am mainly excited for Thanksgiving. This is my first real Thanksgiving in a while that won't involve trying to cook whatever my dad decided to hunt in the woods. I've missed stuffing, sweet potatoes with mini marshmallows, and even those canned cranberries. But, I wouldn't put it past my dad to attempt to go out and hunt his own turkey. He's so weird sometimes.

Maybe I'll convince my mother to just buy a turkey from the grocery store just in case. And if anyone has some really good family recipes they want to share with people - please let me know! I want to try making a lot of different things this year.

I've made the terrible mistake of marathoning horror movies the past couple nights after moving into a brand new place. Let's just say my mind is really good at coming up for a zillion possibilities for what is causing that weird noise I hear down the hall.

I was so tempted to sleep with a baseball bat next to my bed just in case. At least now I've thought of every possible escape route out of my place.

Sometimes it's better if you don't let me near my kitchen. Seriously. I've got a huge pot of gumbo going, and I made three loaves of French bread. And another pie. It smells so good in here...

I had a dream last night that we were living in a world where Kaiju existed. Giant Godzilla monsters. They were real. And I was being paid to study them.

And then I woke up and realized it wasn't true in this world.

School FINALLY started this week. I have to say that I'm absolutely in love with the school and the fact that I'm finally out of my parent's place in my own dorm room. I don't have a roomie because I've got a handicapped room, but everyone in my dorm and especially my floor seem really cool. Class aren't too terrible yet, but we've really only gone over the rules and stuff like that.

However, I just want to have more dragon dreams and life has been holding out on me. Am I the only one who wants more dreams? I might be.....

As some people know, Friday was National Talk Like a Pirate Day. As a result, Caspian spent the day talking like one and at one point attempted to put an eye patch on Aslan. The cat was having none of it. These are the sort of things I've come to expect from Caspian over the years.

Well, crap. Parents decided it's an awesome idea to fly down from Alaska before the semester starts to 'see how I'm doing.' It's code for them trying at another round of convincing me to either join the military or med school.

Sorry for the disappearance, everyone. Had to fly out to Berlin for a family emergency and ended up getting conned into staying the whole summer, but I'm back now. What'd I miss?

I'm never sleeping again. Two days in a nightmare was enough of that. And there are still people passed out? And others hallucinating? That's horrible!

OKay, I don't even...

I'm so tired and I keep falling asleep random places, like... I work as a barista guys and they sent me home and I'm actually pretty sure I'm fired. Because I fell asleep right ON the espresso machine. And Asami, she wouldn't wake up yesterday. She's in my bed and she keeps tossing and turning and screaming and I'm pretty worried about her.

And about what Tenzin's going to say now. And classes just started and I'm already missing them. FML.

Insomnia. Yay.

Okay so has anyone else noticed in their dreams that they tend to wear the same five pieces of clothing all the time? In my dream world, if I opened my closet, I'd probably find three to five of the same exact shirts, pants, and parkas. And then my darker blue formal outfit. What's up with that?

I'm only mentioning this because when I went to get dressed today my water tribe outfit was sitting there. I think dream me is still a little more buff than I am, though. It doesn't fit right yet.

I just got accepted to Golden West College. GO RUSTLER SAM! I'm SUPER excited to be starting as a Criminal Justice major! It's been my passion ever since I was a little girl. There's just something about JUSTICE triumphing over evil that has always just put a fire in my heart!
