I did not know you were a member of this network. As it is, I have found some information if you still wish to meet. I have been informed to make clear this would be a professional dinner as there might have been miscommunication.

Nothing lifts the spirits like standing ovations! This year's cast of the Nutcracker have done such a great job so far this year that we've been met with great applause every night. It's really awesome. Really gets you in the Christmas spirit.

I'm a little late in announcing this. I did not get the part of Clara, but you are looking at this year's Sugar Plum Fairy!

Today is International Day of the Girl, which puts a spotlight on the plight of girls worldwide.

For everyone who participated yesterday in the Journey Out Awareness Walk and 5K Run, thank you.

Next Saturday (the 17th), there will be another walk, The Walk for Freedom, which also has the option of sponsoring someone if you yourself cannot participate. There is also the Saving Innocence Gala that evening in Los Angeles.

Dmitri has cancelled on going to the gala with me and seems to think you would be interested in intending instead. If you are, the ticket is yours.

My dreams jumped 9 years ahead.

I was a lawyer in New York for a second, but then my ex boyfriend was framed for murder and I had to go home and clear his name and figure out the real killer. Which of course I did even though I hadn't spoken to said ex in those nine years.

Also went to my ten year high school reunion where my sex tape was played, because those people are still all assholes.

My dreams feel kind of done now. I'm ready for a change in my life.

Finally feeling human again!

The chief is insisting that I take a modified schedule though, not sure what to think of that. I guess it'd give me time to figure out a vacation of sorts.

I had to cancel appointments today. I don't like canceling appointments, but there's no way I am going out in public like this. So until I'm male again, I'm not leaving my apartment.

It is an interesting time to both be learning Arabic and waist-deep within International Law. FYI: California has the largest Syrian population in the nation, and the OC itself should expect hundreds of Syrian refugees escaping the crisis in Europe, according to the Syrian American Council. The United States in general projected about 70,000 coming in as refugees. It'll give me a chance to take on some mediation work (in refugee cases it's mostly rent disputes). Arbitration is just something done on the side, but it'll help keep my electricity on which is pleasant.

As for the bar exam itself, power outages, blood, women going into labor, breakdowns rivaling Exorcist pea-soup spewing, and natural disasters seem to top the list of horrors. My only horror was my laptop freezing toward the end of the third day wherein I think my hair turned white (again). Never wanted to puke or scream to such a degree before.

But, life goes on and so do the dreams. Will I ever escape this castle? (No, the answer is no).

Hello. My name is Illya Kuryakin. My employer told me I should join this network and properly introduce myself. I am Russian, from Moscow. I have never been to the United States before this time, but it does not seem so bad. I like these palm trees. They look nice. I did not know America could have these, too, only places in the tropical parts of the world.

So now I have done what I have been asked to do. We will see if it is worth the use.

It was not bad enough that I discovered a musical that my father seems to have been in, but I discovered the actor who played him in said musical also played a transvestite in another one. I will never look at my father the same way again.

Well, I think my dream self has a little crush. Perhaps more than a crush. Oh that was indeed a good turn of events for once. Though shall we see how spectacularly my dream self can ruin that?

Well, that was a nice barely-a-week break from the dreams. One set ends, another starts. In this one it honestly feels like some bizarre partner swap considering I'm engaged to the woman who, in my first set, was my wife's best friend but in this one she happens to be the sister of her first-set fiance. And my wife is engaged to the man who in that set was her best friend's fiance. Did this make sense? It really doesn't to me.

Then of course there's Dracula, but I'm actually a vampire hunter posing as a librarian in his castle. This will end well.

If I didn't have such a bad feeling about it that I managed to move up my bar exam date by shelling out a couple pints of blood and my life savings, I'd go off to study bonobos in the Congo in their native setting for a break. I was reading an article saying that bonobos, our closet living relatives, are able to produce vocalizations in a wide range of emotional states and situations much like human babies. Human language has deep roots in primate language, but we knew that already.

I just watched the beginning of a documentary that is still making me want to throw up. It's called Playground. It's right up there with Blackfish and Earthlings on the list of documentaries that have made me cry.

It astounds me time and time again how people react to fear. Why is it people lash out and try to fight what they fear instead of trying to understand it? The thing they fear is not always what it appears to be.

For anyone available and interested:

April 9th, there is a free conference about human trafficking in Long Beach.

Then on April 25th, there is a 5K walk/run in Irvine to raise awareness as well as prevention.

This was clearly an active week in the dream world. And it seems some family members of mine have found their way in.

The ninth Doctor who happened to look like a nephew of mine. The tenth who looked like another nephew of mine. Oh and, you guessed it, the eleventh who looked like yet another nephew of mine. It was all rather awkward seeing them as this Doctor fellow.

I can sympathize where the ninth's anger came from. Sometimes I thought the tenth was a bit overdramatic. And he did wear sandshoes. The eleventh couldn't quite catch a break there for a while.

Most seem to speak of fantastical dreams involving elements typically found in books or the movies. Mine? Seem to be very mundane. If you call post-World War 2 Russia mundane. Or I should say the Soviet Union.

Alright. These dreams of mine are much like watching a patchwork quilt being made. This Doctor fellow is quite the intriguing man in many ways. The first one nearly rivaled me in crankiness levels. I still want to know how that fur coat thing the second one had didn't sprout legs and walk off. The third one had quite the brilliant automobile. I don't understand how the fourth wasn't strangled by his amazingly long scarf. Seriously, how did people not step on it or pull on more frequently? Anyway, back to the point. Why did the fifth one wear a piece of celery on his lapel? The sixth one actually had a patchwork coat that was a bit reminiscent of his personality. The seventh one was...a question mark, I suppose. The eighth was quite the dapper fellow.

I don't quite know why I'm talking about these here, but there seem to be a few of us who share these same sorts of dreams. Still waiting for how I personally fit into this puzzle, though.

I received the answer to whether or not the time machine I built in my dreams worked.

It didn't.

Instead of saving my daughter from dying, I watched her be murdered while I couldn't do anything to protect her. Some mother I am Those men are severely lucky they only exist in this dream world

While I have heard of this place a few times now, I am still uncertain of quite what to make of it.
