My darling wife binge watched Bridgerton and now wants me to go around talking like the main heroic lead, whispering such nonsense as 'I burn for you'. I don't trust I wont find an outfit on my bed in time.

A new year is upon us!

That means a new hot yoga classes every Friday night (Sign up quickly or you won't have a place) and Saturday mornings starting on the 15th and regular classes are starting Monday on the 11th.

For the new year comes a speacil! 12-month Membership for 80 dollars! All classes are included, but Membership fees are non-refundable. Please keep that in mind if you decide to take the deal.

My first Christmas as a married man is pretty great. Having a wife to decorate the house with, just sit in the dark and cuddle under the lights of the Christmas tree. Katherine St John has made me go soft as a marshmallow.

I actually had a customer complain that we don't have 'Black Friday deals' on cocktails. My god, I hate people more and more with each passing day.

Thank god, I'd been worried about Elena since yesterday. I figured it was probably an OC thing, but having her back home is a relief.

Also, as usual I dressed Dragon up and all the kids who trick or treated at my house loved him. I mean, what's the point in having a dog if you can't have fun with them on Halloween?

Since today is National American Beer Day, Shorty's is going to have a ladies night!

I cannot believe that I have to tell people not to touch exhibits in the gallery. There are signs everywhere that says at much!

The Underworld did remarkably well for the 4th of July. And fireworks weren't the only thing that ended in a bang last night.

Katherine and I said "fuck it" and got married by Elvis at a 24 hour chapel. We will be having an official ceremony later this month, but, hey, I have a wife.

More dreams last night. Pretty sure the older guy I've been seeing is abusive. So that's fun.

In happier news it's almost Memorial Day weekend! Anyone have fun plans?

Weird dream last night. Which I know is a thing here. So. Yeah. Dreamed I was back in school. Living with a girl I thought I was gonna marry. And then my brother showed up, I hadn't seen him for a long time. Said our dad was MIA on a hunting trip and needed me to help him track the old man down. When I got back, my girlfriend had been murdered and there was a fire that I only survived because my brother came back and pulled me out.

I don't even know how I'm supposed to process that. Or the grief, because I feel like I lost someone for real. Like, she was my soul mate in the dream. And now she's gone and I...yeah. I know it's crazy. Dean? I could use some brotime. Maybe you could go with Jesse and me to the shelter to look at dogs?

Anyone have any suggestions for someone looking to pick up a new hobby? Outdoor would be preferable. I spend way too much time inside as it is.

I was totally unprepared for the amount of sunscreen a person needs while living in this place. I will have to revamp my skin care regime.

Am I crazy for wanting something to happen so I can use my crossbow? Rogue vampire hunting, in my dreams, has made me antsy. Being a vampire hunter with no vampires to hunt is not a good combination. I've also carved a bunch of stakes recently when I already have a bunch. I'm beginning to think I need something other than EMT training to focus my energy on. Anyone got any ideas or suggestions?

This is the time of year I hated the most when I was back in New Orleans. Unruly tourists flood my city for Mardis Gras. February 26th was always a relief when it finally rolled around. The silence was almost deafening once all the parties ended.

Okay, what did I miss? Why are people posting pictures of brooms on Facebook and stuff? Something about it being able to stand on it’s own? I don’t have a broom to see what this is all about.

While my trip to New York was very favourable, I am happy to be away from the East Coast's weather and back to warmer weather.

Wanna go to see a movie tomorrow?

Due to the holidays coming, I'm extending and adding an extra yoga class at night.

Members get first pick for spots, what's left over is open for visitors or those who pay at every class.

I will admit to missing one thing from the dream world. Changing seasons. The foliage in Mystic Falls was beautiful.

Started EMT training earlier this month. It's funny, all my life the last thing I really wanted to do was anything medical related; my dad was a doctor, but recently I'd started thinking about it and while I don't want to be a doctor, I want to be able to help people so I thought being an EMT would be a good alternative. I don't know if it's the random invasions that happen here or if it has anything to do with my Hunter abilities, but here I am. Hopefully I'll pass all my classes.

My husband is in my dreams now, I woke up ready to scream at him, but I forgot he's out on the boat.

In my dream he was such a smug bastard, but kinda charming. He annoyed me greatly and was doing it on purpose! Maybe it's a good thing he's out on the boat, it stops me from making an ass out of myself for yelling at him for something he hadn't done.

I guess that old adage of be careful what you wish for really is true.

I suppose I should be used to the dreams not happening very often but I’m just dreading when they actually will come now. It’s almost August. I don’t want to wake up screaming on a holiday.

Feyre I went out of my way to save you after he took you, but you stayed with Tamlin because of feelings for him. I told you the first time I wasn't charmed by him or his stupid illusions and glamoured, I remembered everything. But what do I know, right? Just the useless older sister who spent all we nearly had to save someone who didn't even want to be save.

Anyone else staying in for New Years?

I have Ben and Jerry's in my freezer, and absolutely no plans besides eating it and watching about a billion movies. (Okay, maybe that's an exaggeration, but still it'll be a lot.)

Well, thanks to Caroline, I have a really good Halloween costume and a huge amount of candy for trick-or-treaters. Since I’m fully in the holiday spirit, does anyone know of any Halloween special events? Halloween movies playing in theaters or pumpkins patches?

I finally grasp the concept everyone been talking about with having dreams.

It's was haunting, dreary, I killed a girl who was my best friend?, just daunting.


I need to center myself, figured after hot yoga tonight, going to offer a free hour meditation class.


Since it's last moment, not taking reservations - anyone is welcome till we are full.

Has anyone seen my mom and daddy? ...and Jeremy, I guess.

So the villain in my dreams and real life has started giving me gifts. A bracelet, a dress, now some drawing of me and a horse. I think dream!me is starting to soften towards him, but real!me still hates him. It's very frustrating.

Anyone else hate someone from their dreams that their dreamself doesn't?

Planning a wedding is so strange. Like, it's something I never really thought I'd do. Not that I never thought I'd get married, but I guess I always thought I'd be older if I did. Then again, how old is older when you're thinking about this stuff as a kid, ya know?

Before anyone asks, no, we don't have date yet. I know, isn't that usually what people do first? Not in our case apparently. We've mostly just been doing the easier stuff. Talking about the bridal party and possible colors and whether we should do it here or in England, but really nothing is set in stone yet.

Now we are planning a trip to Vegas. It's the ultimate expansion, but it would also be such a huge expense in the outset. I know we can use a few skills to get a decent contract on a place, but it's a lot.

I just saw the most disgusting video. In China, there are people who take small turtles, fish and salamanders and seal them up in plastic pouches with water and some food and sell them as like keychains then when the animal dies you just throw it away. That has got to be one of the most horrible things I've ever heard.

I like Thanksgiving. It's a good holiday, but it's going to be a rough two months.

Any doubts I had about what type of man I might be in the Dreams just went out the window with this last one. I saw myself killing someone. Using magic to torture them and I was enjoying it. In the dream I was enjoying inflicting that type of pain on them. I still feel sick just thinking about it

More dreams of the past. It is truly unusual to see myself in such curious outfits. And now I am in New Orleans. I am apparently well known for my suits even in the dreams. I believe it was, "Original vampire, always wears suits. Of course I know who you are". Some things are rather the same. Some things seem rather different

My brother seems to have gotten a girl pregnant, which is impossible for a vampire, but something to do with his being a hybrid seems to have made it possible. I showed the girl Hayley our entire history. Once that was over, I was informed that I was there to make Niklaus do what the witches wanted of him. Naturally Niklaus does not believe that he is having a child, nor does he care to be told what to do. He doesn't even care that he has a child. Or rather, he refuses to care that he has one. I think I am forcing him to care in the end. Pretending that a baby can fix everything. As if a child could be our saving grace. As if we should ask a child to save us.

I am easily manipulated by the idea of family. Not that this is at all surprising given my history. Why be any different?

I am exhausted just watching myself make bad decisions all the time. I fear it will be an ongoing pattern considering it has been going on for this long already. I truly wish sometimes that I could actually drink enough for it to do anything. Alas.

Naturally, other things do not change and I was daggered again. What a true delight. Again with the talk about how love does not bring you power and family and mercy make you weak.

I didn't want to be right.

Thank God it's the weekend. The first few weeks of school are always stressful. Or at least that's what I've been assured from my colleagues. It's all about learning rules and routine and full of assessments. I can't wait until we get to the actual teaching part.
