This time of year is always filled with fond memories of pumpkin pie and taking my little brother trick or treating.

Though with him, it was as often a trick as a treat.

As long as Halloween is nothing like back in my dreams I'll be a happy woman. I might be a glutton for fighting but some holidays are just too much even for me.

Though, at least, it's almost guaranteed to never be boring there.

Animatronic dragon skeletons have joined our posable skeleton on the balcony. Nico does Halloween the way most people do Christmas. He’s also named them, but I really can’t remember all four of them. I’m almost curious what kind of decorating he plans on doing when we’re both finished with school and get a house one day.

I think he’s already got our dogs’ costumes planned out this year, but I keep sending him pictures I’ve found online. I can’t believe that this got vetoed.

The wife got a position in London and I sent her and the kiddo off today.

It's a big ol' house without 'em. I mean, neither of us'll be alone since we're open, but it'll still be lonely, you feel?

Well, thankfully all of that was over before I got the call asking me if I was interested in doing Rocky Horror again this year. It’s going to be at [Theater] on [address] the Friday before Halloween this year. If anyone is interested, they’re still looking for actors for the shadow cast! In other news, I have an audition coming up for our school's performance of Heathers. Wish me luck, I'm trying out for Heather M.

Of all the different ways I could imagine a seal to sound like, I never would have thought they would sound like this. But I have to say that my favorite unexpected animal sound was to learn that pandas squeak.

Well no one should ever go to a party with my dream self if they expect to be told anything important, like the wine being spiked with vampire venom, in a timely manner. Sorry about that, Harry, wherever you are - I swear if you show up I will try much harder not to let you get poisoned by vampires that hate us both and want to drink your blood when we go to a costume party.

I’m actually not sure whether to be amused or pissed off. I got a cease and desist letter from my father’s attorney today. Apparently my career and lifestyle choices are “damaging his family name and livelihood”.

According to my attorney what the old bastard wants is for me to either change my name professionally - which is not happening and he can go fuck himself - or quit being so open about my sex life. Which if any of you were worried I can assure you isn’t happening either. And in the interest of putting everyone’s minds at ease on that front - I’m throwing a pool party at my house. Everyone is more than welcome to come, however you want to take that, to help me break in the new pool house that was designed by the extremely talented and lovely Elsa.

You couldn’t be convinced to take on another job for me could you? Now that the pool house is done, I’m thinking an actual guest house could be nice and I have the acreage for it after all.

My Dream this time starts with me waking up. Weird, I know. My mom was trying to wake me up so she could have my sheets to clean, and I tried begging her to let me sleep in. Because it was tiring to be in middle school and ... here is where I almost outed myself as Sailor V, a super hero. Luckily Artemis smacked me and told me I was supposed to keep that secret before I could finish getting the sentence out. I mean, not that my parents would actually believe me about that.

I go to hang out with my friends, after letting my pen do my homework for me (take that, talking cat), and one of them has a radio he’s used to sort of… hack radio station signals? So we can listen to concerts without actually being at the concerts. He said it picks up the signals from their wireless microphones. I’m sure it’s super illegal, and I really have no idea if this is something that would even work here. My dreams seem to take place a long time ago. The singer we’re listening to is called Petit Pandora. Which… the singer who turned out to be a monster in my last dream was named Pandora, also. So, that bodes well. She even looks like a younger version of her.

A letter to challenge me is given to the police. I’m not affiliated with the police, they don’t even particularly like me because a masked 13 year old putting robbers you can’t catch in jail for you has to bruise the ego. But she leaves a letter with them all the same, which the friend with the radio picks up on, also tapping into the police radio I guess. She’s apparently behind the disappearances of all the teenage boys in the area.

I go to where she says to meet her, only to find the place swarming with cops. So clearly the only sensible thing to do is use my magic compact (wasn’t it the pen before? How do I rewind and review my dreams) to also turn into an idol singer. I have to say, I made a pretty cute boy. I make my way past all the cops and try to be a distraction for the girl. She falls for it, and also falls off the perch she was waiting on. (A swing hanging from a blimp? This is Doctor Evil levels of ridiculousness. I demand better super villains.) I use my pen to transform into Sailor V and introduce myself.

Petite Pandora flips out on me, saying she’s here to get revenge for her sister. Otherwise known as the ham zombie from my last dream. She sics the boys she kidnapped on me, and once again I’m trying to kick and punch them away. It’s not their fault they got brainwashed by an evil pop singer. I use my compact on her and her face starts to melt away, just as her sister’s did. Revealing another zombie with pineapple slices on its face. Unlike her sister, as she melts, she starts emitting a toxic gas. I somehow call on the power of Venus to shower purifying light on the entire area. It kills the zombie while clearing away the fumes.

And that’s where I woke up.

Oh I definitely didn't see this coming with all those gigantic meteors falling from the sky that looked vaguely reminiscent of Infernals. I'm not about trying to stab gigantic rock demons, especially with my roommate so laid up that she can't join in on the fun.

But I don't think it's going to shock anyone when I state that those demons with the six arms are amazing. Also? A succubus can charm your panties right off of you.

You know, it's been a few years since my dreams have ended and while it's always brilliant travelling with the Doctor, sometimes it can also end up more or less like this.

Is there some law here that says that all club owners have to be incredibly hot that no one told me about? Because if there is - I need to find and personally thank this lawmaker.

So Brendon Urie, the lead singer (and, honestly, only member now) of Panic at the Disco just came out as being Pansexual. I have three thoughts.

Things I did not need to see.... some idiot walking into the frozen yogurt/ice cream place with his pants so far down that everything was visible. Who then starts yelling and insulting the worker for kicking him out.

I get there's a heat advisory and its beyond hot and for the first time I feel warm since but dude. No. No one needs to see that. People just want to eat their ice cream and frozen yogurt in peace.

Now I'm all for horror movies and stuff like that, but I wanna know who thought these Purge movies were a good idea.

I'm inviting trouble just saying this.

But I'm really bored.

So the costume party we’re at in my dreams? Is being thrown by some vampire named Bianca and she’s bound by the Laws of Hospitality not to kill any of her invited guests. Which sounds great. In theory. However if we do something that causes our deaths? She’s completely off the hook. And yes - antagonizing her fellow Red Court vampires counts as doing something to cause our deaths. I don’t see this party going well for me.

There is tres leches cake in my fridge. I want a piece of cake, but I keep hearing the voice of my aunt saying "Joe, you haven't had any dinner yet. You need to eat an actual meal before you have any cake."

Now we are planning a trip to Vegas. It's the ultimate expansion, but it would also be such a huge expense in the outset. I know we can use a few skills to get a decent contract on a place, but it's a lot.

Well well well. It seems that whatever is behind these dreams decided to give a gift. I woke up to the costume I wore to that party I dreamed of on the foot of my bed - loincloth and all. I couldn’t help but try it on just to see if it fit as well as it did in the dreams. And I wasn’t disappointed by what the mirror showed me.

My last job is complete, and it's going to be a beautiful tower, but I'm not needed anymore except for consultations.

So if anyone needs any designing done for their homes or businesses, I'm free! Well, the consultation is free.

Well, those gigantic orc buggers found their way over to the docks and that was amusing. That wood wasn't made to handle big muscled men like that.

I watched them from my little speedboat and thought to myself 'well, we're fucked, might as well enjoy it!'

Actually pretty sad all my new playthings have either been killed or sent back wherever they came from. They were fun, and I won't be walking straight for at least a month.

Had another dream last night. And man, D's taste never fails to fucking baffle. Around Christmas, I dreamed that D was juggling a mafia boss boyfriend with a dominatrix dentist girlfriend. ( Cut for mentions of cannibalism; no IC cut )

How do you know if a dream of meeting someone was one of those dreams that people on here like to talk about so much?

Either my sub-conscience is trying to tell me that opening another club is a bad idea or I'm going crazy like the rest of you. Unfortunately I think it's the latter. Then again, the dream wasn't all bad; the blond was a nice touch. Although, my haircut left much to be desired.

Day off was spent in training. Eight hours of it. Tried to catch a nap, caught a Dream instead. Fuck you too, Dream. I was actually tired.

As I was walking in the store today, some teenagers were opening the peeps and putting them in sexual positions on the shelves. Easter meets April Fools Day. It wasn't that awesome, but I couldn't help but laugh a little bit.

Either I'm really high or that was the most realistic and most boring dream I've ever had.

Normally I'd stick around after filming an overseas project to spend a little more time with the friends I'd made there but this time I couldn't because of things completely out of my control. How was I supposed to know she was married? Let alone to the guy I was seeing over there? Neither of them were wearing rings not that that would have stopped me.

We were supposed to go on our first mission, but Grimm broke into the city. Other than that Ursa in the woods and the day we became a team, it was our first real combat experience against them. They were a little easier than that deathstalker and nevermore though. There was just a lot of them.

And naturally Ruby's team was in the thick of it ;P

Now I know why I was told to stay here.

Neena and I officially welcomed Luke Alexander Raith into the world yesterday afternoon. He's healthy, and we're recovering. Going to get some food and pass out again while it's quiet.

Lucky for me, I'm between shoots, and don't really need my voice to model for print adds. Though it does make me consider taking a sign language class at some point in the near future. Could be useful when the baby comes, as well, or so I've been reading.

So! My costume is coming along really well? I mean, the eyes look really cool when I paint them on there.

The only problem is that I painted my skin black all around the eyes, to match my black wings, you know? But now I have black paint smudges all over everything.

I guess it's back to the drawing board. Only one week left!

I am seriously starting to worry about that 0.1% of germs that Lysol doesn't kill--but at the same time, very, very glad that Neena hasn't seemed to think about them yet.

I did not realize that selling marital aids to old European women would be quite so exhausting! I feel it mostly in my calves and my hip flexors. I do wish I had someone to massage them for me, but alas.

Is it so wrong that I really don't want to go to college? I don't have anything that I want to take, and I make a pretty good check selling my face for modeling jobs. I still have the music store too. Why take classes just to take classes?

Since this thing happened I've won the lottery without playing it, found someone selling a Starkphone for really cheap, not been called out for not being Thomas, acquired a bunch of women's phone numbers, and Dante found a diamond ring in the park when we went for a run.

So that's all been kind of nice. The lottery ticket paid for the interior decorations at the Den, so that money can be paid directly back to the loan I took out to rebuild. Which means I'm carrying almost no debt from the rebuild.

I could get used to be a wizard, if it's always like this.

This isn't as bad as I figured it would be. At least Remus is fairly attractive, so I could be stuck someplace worse. Maybe I should do something fun while this lasts like get him a tattoo or a new haircut.

I suppose there are worse things than swapping bodies with your ex.

I've just been asked to do some videos for Frost Industries. Might not be a bad thing to have some corporate filmography under my belt.
