I think the people known as 'paparazzi' might be the lowliest form of life currently existing. Say what you like about serial killers, at least when they're lurking outside your home they have the courtesy to murder you and end the farce. Or perhaps I'm bitter because the young man currently crouching in a car at the end of my street like a wounded badger.

These creatures nest in trees taking photographs of women's underwear, people's day-to-day going-ons, and newborn infants. They would be arrested if they didn't justify themselves as 'giving the public what they want'. Well, the public are idiots. They don't know what they want. The public will want what they're given if they get enough of it.

...I think I officially give up on sleep. Or I shouldn’t play certain kinds of games before bed. Yeah, that’s it.

Because the last thing I needed to dream about was a world wide zombie mutant apocalypse. And Zombie Captain America. And Zombie Spider-man thinking he could find a cure for the hunger.

And being eaten alive by Zombie Namor.

I did not need to know what it felt like to be gnawed on by the Asshole of the Sea.

Required: Suggestions for audiobooks with compelling readers. Seriously. I need a mofo to do some silly voices. Or just a good book, I guess.

Weird kinda dreams. Only a few near death experiences. Counts for something, I guess?

Anyway. I guess I'm feelin' like it's a donut and ice cream kinda day. Or maybe the beach? I dunno. Anyone feel like hangin' out?

It has been relatively quiet around here lately. I'm a little wary, but mostly I'm just glad for the downtime. I was never going to get caught up with paperwork any other way.

I am beginning to believe I cannot escape the Stark last name no matter where I go.

I'm thinking of taking a short vacation - Always is doing well and I feel I can leave her in capable hands for a few days. Anybody recommend anywhere? Or want to come along for the ride? ;)

Today is, quite possibly, the best day of my life, okay? I didn't mention anything a while ago cause I really, really didn't wanna jinx it, or get ahead of myself, or anything but uh. Guess who's going to be playing John Brooke in a touring version of Little Women?

I mean, sure it's not New York, and sure, it's a far cry from my dream role of dream roles (Anatoly Sergievsky, I will wait and work for you forever) but it's a role, professionally, I get to wear a civil war uniform and spend time with five VERY lovely ladies, and the most adorable Laurie ever. Not that I'm going to touch but I have eyes and they tell me Geoff's pretty cute.

So. I had to make this on a snap decision basis and I'm kinda clearing out of here by Monday so that doesn't leave a lot of time to do the things I'd like to do, and once we're in rehearsal, there's no way I'm going to be able to check in that much and well.

It's kind of a goodbye for now, you guys. I love you all, will miss you all, and really hope somewhere along the way you'll manage to pop in and see me, maybe? Private drop an email address if you want to keep in touch?
