I don't feel good. Not in the I caught what everyone else has way but thanks to my therapist tying me into knots yesterday. Anyhow, its a good day to stay in bed and watch a movie, so what is the best American movie and why? It will help me decide what to watch.

I want to go home. Hospitals suck and they are freezing cold. I am not even feeling any better.

Strangest dream last night. Wonder what could've caused it.

Had to check myself into the hospital today, surprised I made it.

Well. So far I seem unscathed, as it were. And, uhm, I am a Doctor. So if anyone needs help with -anything at all- please let me know.

Ok, so I'm pushing back the opening date for my shop until the plague is over. It seems a little dangerous to have sick people all gathering in one public, non-medical place (also, if you have the plague, please go to the hospital and don't smoke anything). So there's that.

BUT! If you're healthy, and can legally purchase medical marijuana, I'll have my shop open by appointment only. You just have to call and have a ten minute conversation without coughing. This will start on the 15th, since I'm not a legal distributor until then.

So, woo. My shop's number is (number), and I'll answer it most of the time. I will throw in a free hat if you make me laugh. Because I could use the lols.

I'll just stay holed up in my house. With my packages of sustenance. Until this all blows over.

If anyone needs anything... uh. Don't talk to me. Unless it's something that can be e-mailed.

A common misconception I run into in my line of work is that if you're coming down with something, getting that a massage will help you recover faster.

I don't recommend it.

Getting regular massage does help reduce stress and boost the immune system, but it works better if you make it a part of your lifestyle before you start presenting symptoms. If you're already ill, it would probably be better in the long run to spend that hour napping at home--otherwise you could actually end up feeling worse after you get off the table than when you got on.

Note to all potential visitors for Joly and I :

In general, the nursing staff does not actually appreciate the catcalling, the whistles and the 'Hello Nurse' greetings. Particularly the male members of staff. Even if your hair is still a bit damp from your post fencing/dancing/whatever class it is this semester shower and is falling into those stupid curls you think they can't resist.
