Up with the sun again. This is getting to be routine.

Though, I'm on quite a bit less sleep now than before, and I'm not headed in to work today. Just couldn't sleep.

Boy, that was a strange one. I was transfigured into a cat/human hybrid by a potion that I'd cooked for a fortnight in a haunted bathroom. I remember the whiskers as clearly as if it happened yesterday. I spent most of the time hiding in a bathroom stall, but then went to the hospital wing with Harry and Ron.

For the cleverest witch in our year, as some have called me, I sure wasn't smart when it came to telling the difference between cat hair and human hair.

I have a coworker who's been taking classes to do new things. She was raving about belly dancing and archery last week. I was thinking of following her example, but I'm not entirely sure where to begin. Suggestions?

Also, what is everyone doing for Halloween?

...That said... Dog park recommendations? I...seem to have a dog. She's easily the smartest dog I've ever met and after I got to meet her Wednesday, we had a weekend away thing and now I'm just bringing her home.

She's a partner, not a pet, but partners need off duty playtime too, and need to bond so I'm looking for some good suggestions. Where DO your dogs hang out around here? Where do they take their doggie dates? I mean, I looked for an italian place that'd serve spaghetti in the back but so far, no dice...

Okay, so there is this drink I want to learn how to make on my own. It's called Kombucha. Has anyone here had it? More importantly, has anyone here made it? There are some tricky steps and I want to make sure I'm not going to kill myself, bottling my own.

It's almost like... a magic potion.

Guess I should introduce myself on this thing, right? I'm Mickey Smith. I just signed up the other day. My friend Rose told me about it. There's not a whole lot to tell about myself. I work over at a mechanic shop doing oil changes and smog checks and stuff. It's pretty boring.

Guess who lost another job today? Oh. And my band broke up. Which also means I've been kicked out of my apartment.

For the last time, the Bake Sale at Nevaeh Falls Elementary School is not selling baked goods made of children. I am not sure who the caller who keeps implying it is, but that sort of false information leads to uncomfortable situations.

It's just baked goods. Like cookies. As the name implies.

Going on a short trip soon. Could use some reading ideas. Just finished up Camus, wouldn't mind something a little lighter stuff this time.

Anyone says 50 Shades and I will be displeased.

Putting out an APB on a One Armed Man yesterday has been the highlight of my year so far.

If I never see another potato for as long as I live, I'll be happy. It was brilliant, but horrible all at the same time. At least I know how, now.

I feel like my destiny is set in stone and I wake up feeling less and less human.

Do you have a 'bucket list'? If so, name something that is on it. I will start, of course.

I saw no reason to have a 'bucket list' when I was dying before, but I think I will start one up, now. I am not certain the types of things that should go on these, and perhaps this point will get me in trouble with my girlfriend, but I have put 'kissing a man at least once' on my list.

So my new show hits television this week (Wednesday to be exact) and I have to say I am a little nervous to see how it is received. I mean there are a lot of people that know me from my supporting role on the other show but this is different... I'm the star. There sure were plenty of fans at my last photo op and that was kind of amazing.

The new show is called Privileged. I know what you are thinking and yes there is all the drama that goes on at snotty all girl schools but there is a lot more too it. I promise it isn't all girls being knocked up and whining about guys. My character, Madeline, is a part of the equestrian team and part of a not so nice clique of girls that like to play games on their classmates and each other. Certainly twisted. I won't say any more so I don't give it all away.

In other news, I'm still working on mum letting me get a dog.

I finally got my kitty to stay still for a picture! She's gorgeous, and anyone who says otherwise, I'll pout at you and tickle you until you agree. Darn it.

Everything is so messed up. I know we're not really close or anything, but Robb isn't really around anymore and I need someone to talk to. You're a counselor. Is there some rule against giving advice to your little half-sister?

Visiting my parents was a good idea. I haven't had any dreams in a couple of weeks and it was nice seeing them. alive Things aren't as fuzzy as they were before. Peeta, I still want you to teach me to swim. Is that okay?

Oh! And Disneyland is having a big party for employees on Halloween which I thought was nice of them. I've decided to make Finnick and I our costumes from scratch this year. I'm putting my own spin on Beauty and the Beast.
