I have a coworker who's been taking classes to do new things. She was raving about belly dancing and archery last week. I was thinking of following her example, but I'm not entirely sure where to begin. Suggestions?

Also, what is everyone doing for Halloween?

[Club TARDIS]
Anyone fancy doing something new with me?

[Doctor (Ten Who)]
Be reasonable with your suggestions.

That sounds brilliant! I vote belly dancing. Rory would look great in one of those skirts.

I have to work on Halloween, but I got off on the Saturday before, so I should be able to go to that big party!

Like Rory has any belly to shake.

Good! See you there, then.

They could be the poles

They could make tea and talk about physics while we have fun.

Probably would teach a lesson about the science behind pole dancing.

You go and have a chat and see what they've got to say about it.

I can tackle mine and Jack. You want to talk to yours?

I feel like we should invite Amy, but I don't know if she's dreamed yet.

He'll probably want to join in.

I'd like to, but I'd wait until after we're sure she's had a few dreams. Rory would let us know. And it might be a little confusing if we just overwhelm her with information.

Yeah, I suppose you're right. And Rory might not appreciate her first meeting being Jack showing us all how to pole dance.

Archery? Is probably the best thing that I've ever done. Not the most meaningful, or the most important, or the thing that I'm most proud of. But the best.

So uh, if you're interested...It's more my secondary business thing, since I do firearms and firearms safety most often but I still show people their way around a bow, and lost my best student a couple months ago so there's equipment and stuff if you'd be into trying it out.

Thanks. How much do you charge for lessons?

I'll send over a copy of the usual rates and safety stuff and disclaimer for you to look over. Groups of lessons tend to go cheaper if you do em in a chunk, but I'm pretty flexible.

Clint, by the way.

Some of them are a lot of fun? They have just basics, jazz, ballroom dancing, or even zumba is becoming popular if you want more of a work out. They have things for whatever you could want.

It is! It's relaxing too if you want to just go for a walk with your camera. I like it too sometimes because it gives me time to unwind without having to deal with the crowds in other "lessons".

Number one! Cheesemaking. Can't go wrong with cheese. Who's ever said, "Oh, I wish I'd never learned to make cheese?" No one, that's who.

Number two! Italian. Molto bene!

Number three! French! Allons-y! You learn French, we go to Quebec, sneak into places we shouldn't be. It'll be a blast.
