I eventually did sleep last night, and yes, I did dream. This time it wasn't too bad. I had children, and I went into politics all the way to the white house. That was always a possibility, but I never really chose that in this life.

Being a single mom is a lot harder than being mayor or governor or president, mind you.

Apparently this me let the X-men run off and do their thing out in space while she worked for mutant rights back home.

Oh god. I don’t even know how to..

Okay. Most of us dream of...other versions of ourselves, in sometimes fantastical or dangerous worlds. In some of mine, I’ve seen alternate realities, even helped alter the history of my world, and met other versions of myself.

I think I had a dream last night about...one of those other versions of myself. About being her. I don’t..it just doesn’t match up to the rest of the dreams, at all, is the problem. I’m really, really confused. So that has to be the explanation, right?

At least I know how to take down Logan if I have to? No offense, old man.

I've never seen a sunset like this in my real life. It was beautiful. The sky had gone a bright orange-yellow along the edge of the sea, and the clouds were this gorgeous pinkish-red, or purple... all right above the water, which reflected the sky and seemed like it might go on forever. I don't... really know where I was. But in the dream, it was the most beautiful and sad sight I'd ever seen.

Had a weird dream last night. We were on some kind of ship. My dad was the engineer and we were on a very long journey. Long enough that I probably wouldn't live to see it. We'd left Earth before I was conceived, even!

Whatever, I always figured there were aliens, but I didn't think they were all 'oh, look, people, let's make a flesh beast' and I EXPECTED THIS TO HAPPEN WHEN I LIVED IN JAPAN because you know, Japan and fleshbeasts go like soba noodles and soy and now I'm rambling.

My BFF is fighting monsters and I kind of want to go hug my cousin but I'm stuck here again at Stark and I guess that's good. I'm going to build a robot that gives hugs now.
