Dior is only three years old, but he attempted to bring me breakfast in bed. It consisted of poptarts and cereal, and I suspect he may have had some help.

Are there any accountants on this network? Or someone who has referrals for one? My previous accountant got too busy with his day job to continue doing the books for the bakery.

It's different, having a child around. I rather like it.

First auditions for new roles at my theatre start this week. We're doing Wicked next month, and the month after that my newest original play!

I'm going to be doing something very life impacting, and long overdue. I'm not scared, nor am I nervous. I simply know it is right.

Since I cannot cook to save my life - beyond the basics anyway - and I really don't want to go home to the awkward silent meal with my mother that would await me I decided to order in food and bring it to the children's ward for the little kiddies who are unable to spend Thanksgiving at home.

It's been an incredible experience - they are so sweet and it's wonderful to see them all smile. Storytime later and before that some gentle games. I can't help thinking this is really what it should all be about.

Okay, Valarnet, question time!

I know that some of you lucky folks have dreamed about having magic or superpowers and then gotten them in real life... did you know how to control them when you got them? I'm just curious, since... doesn't it take a while to learn how to handle something like that, normally?

This seems like a good place to announce that I've officially signed on with House of Glinda. We're going to do great things together, I think. My jewelry will get to be seen in places that I previously couldn't get it to on my own steam, and I get to help out stylists and fashion designers in the process.

I'm looking forward to working with you all. The new fall colors will go really well with the new line I launched this month. I haven't worked with silk ribbons in a while, so it was an interesting experience.

As some of you might know, Glinda and I are preparing for a giant fashion house show in September. As such, we are on the look out for some entertainment for the show! If you are a talented individual or group, drop me an email and we can see about auditioning you in front of Miss Upland and getting you on stage if you're good enough!

Sometimes the biggest steps seem smallest. Moving someone in for you seems on the surface to be a small one, but it's quite big. You're changing the way you live, and they're entering into a wholly new situation and place.

But I think it's worth it, to build upon that bond.

I just hope my constant singing doesn't drive her nuts.

So there was me looking forward to a fairly quiet week at work next week...then I get this email with like a million meetings listed on it! Oh well, looks like it'll be a week of short lunches!

I've been trying to cut down my hours lately and since I've had varying degrees of success with this in the past I wasn't expecting much but it seems that I'm now finding a much better work life balance. I wonder if it's an indication that I now actually have a life beyond work. I'm not sure I could claim that even just a couple of years ago.

I really don't like these Dreams.

I'm going to be cautiously optimistic about this.

For the last few days, I haven't had any issues walking. It's... strange. Wonderful, though.

Next week my first album on US soil will be released to the public! It will be available online as well as several local stores. I wanted to support small businesses. I hope people enjoy it, I don't know if it's the sort of thing the American Public will enjoy, but I enjoyed making it.

For anyone who's wondering after my last post on the subject - having more dreams seems to have made my ability to support myself, and yes, my ability to walk, suffer even more. Which is fantastic.

I'm trapped in a wheelchair in the dreams, and it looks like I'm heading the same way here.

I feel well and truly welcomed back to the OC now.

It is odd to find myself here, now, with no memory, no real knowing of what is going on. Being sick sucks, and being sick while not knowing where you are, or who you are? That is even worse.

They call me Illyana, but I do not... I do not know the name. Or the faces around me. I do not like this being sick, if this is what it does to your mind. Amnesia sucks even more than being sick.

Which should not be possible, but it is.

And being sick means I feel tired, but bored. So, for all of you out there... why are you here?

My goodness! They have just announced they are closing Disneyland tomorrow. I assume the other amusement parks will follow.
