I was this article today and I was drawn to it, partly because I was curious about what they were going to say a polyamorous relationship needed and partly because I am in a polyamorous relationship. I never expected that I'd be in this sort of relationship, but for us it simply felt natural. No one had to talk anyone into it and as the article mentions, we have always had open communication and consent. Sometimes I feel that, were relationships like this accepted in the time our dreams take place, things may have turned out differently there.

So, someone said I should poke my head on this thing, that it was a font of weird, and dreams, and fellow oddballs. As far as I can tell, it seems they were right. You all talk a lot. That's not a bad thing, mind you. Just interesting.

I'm looking for egg-dying recommendations. I usually go pretty plain and simple with the eggs in my house, but I thought it might be fun to try something new this year. We'll be decorating eggs on Saturday. Does anyone have any ideas? Unusual traditions? I'm trying to find interesting stuff, but my Pinterest-Fu skills are failing me.

Potions are not my specialty, but I have been practicing more and more - however, we could use the help there and in most other areas.

Ugh, did you ever just have one of those days? One of those days where nothing seems to be going right? I spilled so much flour this morning. What a waste. And then we ran out of coffee beans. Well, just the light roast, but so many people enjoy it. Turns out I thought I'd ordered enough, but apparently not. I'll have to order extra next time.

Just... all my fault. I can't even blame it on anyone else! Such a bad mood.

Maybe a hot chocolate and a scone will help.

My Valentine's special was fun, but a little tiring. I'm going to do another album, and I'm in the process of deciding what exactly I should do with it. A concept album I think. Something with hope.

I think I'm coming down with something or just losing it in general. I've forgotten about two meetings today and when I tried to drink my morning coffee it tasted awful but my assistant says it tastes fine to her. Maybe I just need a break.

So Gabe and I are now engaged!

Since I've kind of gotten used to saying it I figured I might as well announce it here too but he proposed between Christmas and New Year and obviously I said yes.

It's all new and we haven't talked much about when or where or details but I cannot stop grinning, which is sometimes awkward in the ER ;)

Don't tell my wife but I brought home a son.

My daughter has a set of lungs on her. She will be a wonderful singer. For the moment I've gotten her to sleep. Is anyone else awake at this hour? If I move I'll wake her again.

We are happy to announce the arrival of a beautiful baby girl. She's still in intensive care after a difficult and early birth. Elphaba is doing fine but it still under observation.

This happened a little suddenly last week, so we weren't prepared with a name. Does anyone have any suggestions?

It has been some time since I posted of the Magic Guild which was formed about a year ago, but we are still going strong and I thought I would let the network at large know that assistance is available during this latest...adventure. I specialize in healing and divination, but the first is likely more useful now. We also have defense and offensive capabilities at our disposal.

There was a rift here before but it's closed now. But it's nice to see our odd dreaming community band together in times of crisis.

I've been playing classical music to my pregnant belly for the last few weeks. Do you think it's true what they say and that it can potentially make babies smarter?

Okay, you know how certain pregnant ladies get that whole stereotype of crabby and fussy and just plain annoyed all the time? There's a reason for it. Sleep deprivation. Sleep deprivation and a lazy baby who is officially past due to come into the world.

None of the methods work, I'm not past due enough to induce and I haven't slept longer than three hours at a time in the last four nights. And if one more happy smiley person touches my belly and asks questions I will zap them!

The enjoyment is officially waning.

There are so many cute baby clothes. I know, I know I'm totally getting ahead of myself, but I'm excited.

So I have decided to begin offering my tarot reading services at local ‘alternative’ shops around the OC, I have left leaflets around if anybody is interested.

I need to fill a swimming pool with shea butter. Or, at least, a spa. I thought that I had all the stretch marks that I could have after Ben... but apparently not.

A new friend directed me here. I'm pretty new to the area. Swam over from the UK a few years ago, spent some time out near Phoenix. It's a bit different here. Wasn't expecting the snow.

Tickets for my holiday concert go on sale November 1st. I'll be playing at The Observatory on December 24th. It will be an all ages show and all proceeds will go to local music programs for under privileged children.

It's so incredible. And even more incredible is that everything seems to be done and ready and going well. Which means I've totally just jinxed myself doesn't it?

I had this great idea, and I need someone to enable me.

A month and a half until the Toronto Film Festival and the office is already buzzing with talk and speculation. We've got a pool going too. I love working at the studio especially around awards time. Though for me it's always about the clothes.

I've just spent the weekend out of town visiting a friend and her new baby. Lots of pictures, lots of baby smiles. It makes me wonder what Dior's first couple of years were like. Makes me wonder if I'll ever experience it myself.

Less than two months until I get married now. It's all going well so far, everything is booked and I'm feeling rather calm about it all.

I am sure that will change but for now I'm going to enjoy it.

My second Mother's day since getting my son back. I'm enjoying it.

So a friend of mine pointed me in the direction of this open photo shoot for the No H8 movement at the end of May. While I've luckily never really suffered from any sort of discrimination or anything I always feel it's important to show support for the people who have and it looks like a great place to network and socialise.

Well I've finally got Dior off to sleep and I find myself with some free time, so I decided I would try and post on here. So I was thinking of learning a new skill, anyone got any hobbies or skills they would recommend I try a course in?

Maddie and I got asked to be in a magazine for an article about female businesswomen and their pets. It was lots of fun and we got a super new picture :D

Well it appears as though I am now free of the enforced attachment to my new friend Bella. I must say it has been rather pleasant meeting her and her family, even though the circumstances were not ideal.

I am going to miss little Nessie a lot, Bella and Edward please remember me when you need a babysitter.
