Just a quick post because I only have a few seconds to spare, but my wife and I (mostly my wife) gave birth to a healthy baby boy on Sunday. His name is Samwise. Now, if you excuse me, I need to get back to them.

I have wonderful friends. I truly don't know where I would be without them. And my nieces! Thank you for such a wonderful surprise.

Hypothetically speaking, how much is too much of an age difference, for a relationship? I've been having some pangs of morality lately, and I wanted the opinion of you fine folk to put my troubled mind at rest.

Do you guys ever think about your dreamworlds, and are sort of glad that you're not someone else in them? In hindsight, I complained a lot about what happened to me, but then I remembered hearing the story of the Ringbearer and then the Battles I wasn't a part of.

Maybe I'm just talking a big game here, because I don't know that I could honestly handle more than what I got.

So I spent the past two weeks in Washington state. It was quite entertaining!

It was suits all morning, which wasn't too bad (Plaid isn't my thing, but at least it's not a sudden bikini). This scarf is ridiculous, though. I keep tripping over it, and I can't get it off.

So, I was told about this place by my friend, Navi. And she was right. It's pretty interesting. I just hope that by being here, that doesn't mean I'll suddenly wind up naked. That would be embarrassing. Especially if I were mowing someones lawn at the time or something.

My most recent dreams have been much better than my last one. I much prefer the ones about my friends. Along with the dreams, it appears that I've received an item from that world. I woke up this morning and there was a book on my coffee table, which hadn't been there the night before. Upon further examination, I found it to be Hogwarts: A History. I remembered reading it in my earlier dreams about Hogwarts, but I don't recall details, so I will be reading it soon.

I was wearing green! That was a totally uncalled for pinch.

Oh my. I needed a good laugh and I certainly got one.

I'm afraid that there might have been a slight miscalucation with the amount I ate today to the amount I drank today and while I could write a research paper about it to explain the dangers of limit mechanics while trashed (as I am older and wiser than I was as an undergrad) what I basically want to know is where's Happy and don't tell Pepper okay thank you.

...I am in need of someone who could track down the location of another computer. As in, someone who could figure out from where some emails are being sent.

I'd like to remind everyone that shared mass hallucinations are not impossible. Neurological adjustment has come leaps and bounds in the past decades, and that's just what we know of. It would be easily dispersed through the water supply or (and this is less likely) airborne methods.

I am finally beginning to feel a little more human and breath a little easier after that virus. I got hit with it really hard. We weren't sure I was going to make it out alive there for a little while, but I guess I must be a fighter in another lifetime or something. I'm certainly stubborn enough in my If bad things could stop happening to me, that would be swell. I'm not sure I have anymore room in my life for tragedy. My tragedy jar is all full up. Let's move onto comedy now.

The delay wasn't as bad as I was expecting. The Centre for Phobia Therapy is open, finally, and we're already already finding clients nation wide. It's humbling, really. That being said, there's room for more, and if any of you find yourselves suffering from a severe, or uncommon, phobia, then I encourage you to stop by the clinic in Orange. We'll run an initial evaluation and, hopefully, find you the best course of treatment. I'll also be in need of a few brave souls willing to help test run a few new pharmacological treatments - you'll be compensated, of course, and your candidacy will be determined through a series of psychological tests and medical history.

Finally, on that note, the clinic is in desperate need of a competent receptionist. I had no idea filing papers and taking phone calls was so difficult, but apparently it's too taxing for some people. I'm also looking to take on a personal assistant, as suddenly there's quite a lot to manage. If anyone is interested, you're more than welcome to reply here or via [e-mail].

I really thought I was over the anxiety and panic attacks. Apparently not. I do not feel like I am plunging into a pit of despair, but I am a little annoyed with myself for how I reacted to the flu.

Also, I think I am getting shorter.

Today is the first day in a really long time that I feel like a normal human being. I could take this time to overshare about how horrible and disgusting pregnancy is, but I'm going to spare everyone because it's snowed yesterday and that's far more interesting. I've lived in this area my entire life and I've never seen it snow this far away from the mountains. I'm staying indoors until the snow melts because Californians do not understand weather and even a little bit of rain makes them crazy drivers.

Sort of odd spending Thanksgiving in the UK, isn't it?

It seems like my dreams have come to a close. I'm not sure if I should be thankful for it or not.

Has anyone ever approached some of the people they've had these strange dreams about? How did they take it? I've been debating approaching someone with my dreams about them - rather boring, before the jokes start - but I don't want them to think I'm entirely mad.

I honestly am at a loss for words. I've been completely besides myself for the last week while dealing with the loss of my ex-husband. His family flew in and I've been helping them as best I can with funeral arrangements. It's just.... a lot right now.
